Slowest place, employees could care less if they help someone, new kiosk in drive thru to order is a joke. 1sr time it was raining & didn't work, 2nd time, there was a burned out black area & u couldn't see to order.
I was polite this whole time (for the record.)They ALWAYS forget about the drive thru people! Why? I even pull up to the window and they will ignore people! Just like today! It was worse today though. Today I sat and watched as people after me inside were served AFTER I ordered. 4 people! They need to get their act together on customer service. So after 15 minutes of sitting and waiting for my food: NO APOLOGY. This place is a JOKE. And stop skimping on EVERYTHING. I have HAD IT. After 2 years of this, today was the day I had enough. Hire someone who can do their job. If you don’t want your job, let someone else take it that DOES. Also it was so long that I decided to call the store and they hung up on me before I could even get to a person. What the actual…what in the world Subway. The best part. I only had a Footlong on tuna. NOTHING ELSE on it. Why did it take you 15 minutes to do that??? When no one else was in line, when no one else was in the store, and you took other people‘s orders after mine?
Decent sandwich-Subway Club. Had been a long time since we had been. As remembered & a good price with a coupon.
I eat here all the time. The food is always decent, but the attitude of some of the people who are employed here is uncalled for. The lady working lunch shift today, rolled her whole head at me over a sauce request. I managed Subway in Tennessee, and you, ma'am, would be finding another job if I heard of how you treat the customers.
A little back story... I went online to try to order this AM and the website said it was down try again later. That should've been my sign but nope I tried again later and was able to place an order for pick up but it didn't let me change the time. It said my order would be ready for pick up at 1205 so I called them several times to tell them I needed a later pick up time and was on hold and then disconnected every time. So I went in after work and the gentleman had to call the manager to see if it was ok to make my order again and she was rude. She said next time tell her not to place an order online if she doesn't want to pick up, it's a waste of time and money. Ok lady it's not like I did it on purpose. I feel like she just assumed I did. So she was on speaker with this gentleman soi heard everything she was saying and I told him to tell her what had happened. He said that it wouldn't have made a difference. I was told that the reason I couldn't reach anyone was that they don't have a phone. EXCUSE ME BUT WHAT BUSINESS DOESNT HAVE A PHONE?! Like how do you run a business without one? If y'all would've had one then you wouldn't have had to "waste" food. SMH The guy who made my sandwichs was super nice tho. GET A PHONE!
On monday April 11 around 5:30 pm I came to this location and since that day I have received 3 charges on my card of exactly $12 from SQ ARCOIRIS BOTA.I know it is the only place i visited that day so i'm pretty sure somebody from here got my card number, already been reported. be careful if you want to shop here

Is there a Subway in all of Johnson County where the employee doesn't act completely put out by making one sandwich? This tatted and pierced gal had no other people in the store and acted like it was an inconvenience to make an order for me. I get it. You hate your job. You don't make much money. Believe me, I've been in those types of jobs but maybe increase your mood by a tiny bit and don't be such a wench.
This is the best subway in town. On second thought, maybe I shouldn't let the cat out of the bag... Damn it!
I went there today, SHAWNEE LOCATION BY FIRST WATCH! spent a coupon. This young Gentalmen made me the best sandwich EVER!! without waste!! Love this!!!! Very considerate, polite. GREAT SANDWICH!! Thank You!
