Miranda has excellent customer service.She is very pleasant and helpful. Told her she was very good at what she does! A big thank you to Miranda and staff today.
Got 2 stars for being clean but the service itself is 1 star. Multiple times ive been left waiting in the drivethru for 10+ minutes when there aren’t many cars in the lot and no one responds when asked if they are still there. The last 5 times ive gone ive ordered online and added avocado (an extra cost) and it has yet to be on my sandwich. Which no one tells me till I find out when I get home. If you’re out you’re out but not telling the customer that the extra money they spent is going nowhere is unacceptable. This place used to be really good, quality service, quality sandwiches but for the last 2 years it’s been going steadily downhill. I won’t be returning anymore this location has been given too many chances.
Stale bread that was terribly sliced. But I guess I should’ve expected that from subway

Clean and fresh space with lots of distancing between tables. Staff had masks on and were quick and friendly. Rarely crowded. Cookies baked fresh on site. Added one star because they have a drive through and it seemed to move quickly. Visible from major street but you have to wind around side streets to get to the store entrance.

This place is awesome. Sandwiches are freshly made to order. . Servers are very friendly. Is the only subway I'll order at. Will travel for miles to this Shawnee Parkway location. Love it!
