I am very unhappy with the customer service I just received. I waited in line for 10 minutes without someone helping me. A target worker had to go to the back and tell the worker that she had three people in line waiting. The worker came out and acted like I was a burden. I wanted to order a bag of coffee and a drink. She told me she was out of the ingredients of the drink because it was almost closing time (when in reality, there was still an hour until closing time) and that she just was trying to get out of there. I just bought the bag of coffee and heard her telling the target worker that she’s scheduled until 8:30 but she’s just trying to get out of there (it was 7:11 at this point). I understand people have bad days or that sometimes it’s hard working by yourself, however, I felt like a burden as a customer, and that is not how you treat your customers. I am highly disappointed because I enjoyed getting a drink after shopping, but I will take my money elsewhere from now on. The workers here, with the exception of one or two, are rude and make me feel like I’m being annoying for customizing my drink (even though that’s what Starbucks literally is for). I just always feel like a burden for making them do their job.
