The worker named Chloe is absolutely professional and amazing. The workers here always do an amazing job even if they are swamped. I wish I could show them how much they make my trip worth it. Highly reccomend going here.
very amazing staff who want to help the customers. those who are posting rude and ridiculous stuff on here are being dishonest. i love this starbucks and as a previous employee, i can say every drink is made with care.
Rude, rude rude staff. Very dramatic about orders bodyshamed my son and called him fat they gossip and make the drinks slow the girls gossip about peoples looks and the guys make disgusting jokes and slurs

My Green peach tea was perfect but how does Starbucks not have lids for Trenta in stock . Go barrow from another store lol so it was put in 2 grande cups after made in trenta cup
Something I’ve been noticing more and more in different locations, particularly in the morning - if I order inside the cafe, which is almost empty, I wait significantly longer than drive through or mobile orders. I’m talking 15-20 minutes for a latte. I understand that managing drive-through orders is a challenge, but I feel like I’m punished for ordering inside.
HORRIBLE SERVICE…I don’t know if it’s new management or what but I used to come here all the time and recently they make my drink wrong EVERY time and it’s literally an iced caramel latte with an extra shot… many times they have forgotten the extra shot still charged me for it and gave me an extra shot in another cup and told me to put it myself instead of listening to my order correctly and wasting my time. Many times they have given me a Carmel macchiato instead of a latte then tried to ARGUE with me and give me dirty looks and tell me that’s my drink because they don’t know the difference between a latte and macchiato. Not to mention that they have been careless as the drinks lids were not tightly secured many times and once the employee spilled all the drink outside my car I literally had to get a car wash to fix it and I wasted money on that. This is ridiculous. Employees here need to LEARN the drinks they are making, listen carefully to orders, and SECURE the lids on drinks. I should not have to go through all this.

This store messes up with my order often but I keep coming back here anyways, because of the employees there. They acknowledge the mistake and take accountability of it. They show kindness and remake my drink for me. I know it’s a hassle to remake things, but I really appreciate. Very nice store with great people.
