Unlike the Sonic in Lenexa This Sonic off of shawnee, even though they were understaffed answered us literally immediately and the workers are so nice and sweet. amazing workers and amazing service plus a really nice location I would recommend coming here over the one in lenexa any day the drive is totally worth it
Had afternoon slashes to cool off. They were wonderful and very tastyAlso a great price.
Came here evening slushies and snacks. Their app didn't work at this store for whatever reason. Also can't tip with a card yet. Poor car hops. Sonic as we love it though.
Terrible staff, yelling at customers via the speakers (I could hear them yelling at other customers from several stalls over)!During my brief visit they lost track of my order TWICE, then said I never ordered in the first place! So disorganized, I wouldn't trust their kitchen to get a diet coke right.
This used to be my son's favorite after-school treat spot, but I guess that's over, since they're suddenly closing at 2pm every day. And bear in mind, it's summer, so it's not as though the labor pool of high school students are in class. I bet this is the consequence of poor management and poor pay. Now, will anyone in charge improve conditions and pay for the workers here so they can stay open until 10pm again? I'm not holding my breath.
We usually order drinks thru the app to get them 1/2 priced, but the app was not working for this location. We asked about it and they said it was a known issue and apologized but they still refused to honor the 1/2 price discount.
This location has been going down hill lately. They will not honor the half price drinks that you get in the app when their app is not working. The so called owner is extremely rude. There have been several occasions where I ordered nerds in my kids slushes, which cost extra, and no nerds were added. I’ve worked in customer service for years and if there’s a deal in the app or on the website you find a way to honor that in store when that app is not working properly. This location does not know how to accommodate customers or good customer service.Editing to add- surprise, part of my order was not correct. I ordered a cherry limeade slush and they gave me a regular cherry limeade. Super disappointing.
I was just here.... Ordered a meal, shake, slush. They forgot the tatertots for the meal, didn't make the slush a slush, and on top of it all- Forgot the coconut flavoring in the ocean water??? How do you forget the main part of the drink? I've had ordering issues here later in the evening quite often. :(
Talk about a Strawberry Limenade with extra Strawberries ordered on the app. I feel like the staff just makes whatever and send it out. I ended up throwing it away and wasting $4. Didn’t want to call the manager since it was a hassle to get a simple drink right.
Recently visited this sonic location and ordered two shakes. I am so upset about the product I received!! I ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough blast only to discover that when I got home I was completely deceived by your company. I was enjoying my shake only to realize that my shake ended up being a butterfinger shake with chocolate chip cookies dough pieces on top. I’m never going to order from your restaurant again and same on your employee’s for not being honest and trying to hide their mistake!! I’d give you zero stars if I could
