Pool Hall. Family friendly. The drinks were good and a great price. We had pizzas, they were good and reasonably priced. Our first waitress was terrible. She had everything mixed up. Then a second waitress came but she soon disappeared. We were being very pleasant with them so we (6 of us) didn’t know what the problem was. The 3rd waitress that came wasn’t sure what was happening either. But she got everything straightened out.
Let me explain the rating. Food 4 : Service 0. We went in around 7pm, it was not busy. The person that took our order was Victoria. I can not call her a server because she has no concept of the definition. Horrible listening skills, sarcastic attitude, unprofessional demeanor, and an overall disinterest in what she should be doing. The downhill slide continued when we only ordered water to drink. She started to walk away and we all looked at her with wonder when she didn’t offer us menus. As afterthought she turned around and in a snarky voice asked if we wanted menus. The food took quite a while to come out. When it arrived we still had no silverware or napkins. after about 6-7 minutes she came over and asked if everything was ok. We had to ask for silverware and napkins. They showed up about 10 minutes later. One person in our party ordered a cue ball dessert. After about 30 minutes went by, Victoria said she forgot to order it because another party ordered 7 pizzas and her head was all over the place. So another 15 minutes goes by and the dessert shows up. At this point I asked for the check. That also seemed to surprise her. Our drinks were empty for most of the meal. I went up to the bar to pay because I had no idea how long it would be before we saw her again. We had full vision of the pool tables and bar area and she was very rarely visible. Needless to say I would go back for the food, however if she was our server I would find somewhere else to sit.

My review is from February's weekend visit. All pool tables were taken by the time we got there (7ish).. at the moment a group was finishing up using theirs, so we got lucky. Get there early if you are trying to play on the pool tables. Every time I come here, i order the buffalo chicken pizza, My fav. Mixed drinks need major improvement. Expect slow service as they are understaffed.
So glad I found this fabulous establishment! Free pool! Good food, data and foosball galore!!! Definitely have great entertainment here and the service is quite friendly and on point!
Decent drinks at good prices. Great bar food. Lots of pool tables and darts. Big place! Service was a little slow but not bad. My biggest complaint is that no one ever came by to pick up dirty glasses or dirty plates. We ended up requesting a trash can be brought out (there were none to be found) so we could throw away garbage ourselves just to keep the stack from piling up. After multiple requests, we got some of the dirty glasses picked up, but they never came back for the rest.
My husband and I went for the first time and the food was delicious but the drinks and service were disappointing. We spent several hours playing pool and would have spent much more money had it not felt like our server was constantly forgetting about us. She was very nice but we had to keep reminding her of our drink orders and it even took more than 20 min to get our check
This is just an interesting place to go on the weekends, and I’m sure even more interesting on the weekdays. When our waitress greeted us, I had to look back at the name of the place because I could have sworn we were at hooters. No shame, I put my boots on for work every day, she just does it a little differently. I didn’t go in expecting the worst service of my life, but that is what we received. If you’re going, just go for the pool and ice cold Coors Light and you’ll probably leave just how you came in, slightly drunk and smelling like cigarettes.
We came on super bowl Sunday so it was pretty busy and service was slow as to be expected but it was still good. Food was good drinks were ok and pool was fun. First night out with hubby without little man and it was a fun night. We will be back
Super good food but they have forgot a couple of things out that I had ordered. I should have just checked the bag. Don’t let this stop you from trying them. They are nice and as I said, their food is yummy.
