I have been coming to this Scooters for three years daily. The manager Ashlee is an amazing human being and is so nice and kind. She does an amazing job at training her new employees and makes all of her customers feel like friends and family always remembering their vehicle and order. It floors me how she remembers so many customers faces, vehicles and drinks. All the employees are always so nice and attentive to what us customers need. And it also helps the coffee is always amazing!
Visit this location every morning, I receive excellent service and my dog receives better service ? The manager Ashlee is the glue that holds this store together. I have switched to this Shooters loaction due to the poor management at the Scooters location which is closer to me. If Ashlee leaves, I probably will too, she is a great employee. If I owned a conpany I would gire her in a heartbeat!
I just had to pay almost 10.00 for a drink that I didn't even like, the taste was WAY OFF and I'm stuck with it!!!! I work hard for my money just like everyone else. I've been going here every day for months and their drinks are way overpriced compared to others, however I don't complain and still remain going because I want my drink a certain way and espresso galore. My drink with tax is almost ten dollars (9.37) that I pay for every day, no joke! On two days a week I buy two, yes two drinks a day. The manager there and one other gal (long blonde hair) are truly amazing, and I've NEVER had a bad moment with them. BUT, another gal, let's call her D (because I do not believe in putting names out for the public) has given me attitude multiple times. Normally after I mention how she has given me a large when I've asked for a medium and she knows my drink. Heck, they know my car. What's sad is I would have given them even more money just to have a drink I could enjoy!!! I spend that money on my coffee because that is my little joy in a cup for a busy crazy day at work and home. When I confronted her, she would blame it on the closer or someone or something else. Two times ago, she said they were out of Med. cups and I said, "next time you need to tell us that before pulling up". She than STICKS HER HAND OUT OF WINDOW AND WAVING HER FINGERS AND ASKS FOR IT BACK, by saying "HERE". If you were out why would you offer to remake it. And I couldn't anyway. I have to run to work. This time she blamed it on the closer. Not even I'm sorry this has happened so many times, I will have to pay more attention to the cup in my hand. You can feel the differences right away. She just DOESN'T CARE. And I've read the other reviews and they are very correct about this one not being open when they should. If you are a member for scooters, it keeps a log of where you buy and how often it scans your barcode. So, it is marked, and every time i drove to the next closest one was when they were not open. It is a shame that this was horrible customer service and just so simple to communicate. And trust me, I am aware we are all human. After three times, I'M DONE!
Truly a hit or miss kind of place. A week ago my latte had no espresso but every other time they got it right.But today I pulled through the drive thru at 8:55 this morning and no one was there.
Never go back, over priced, tasted cheap and came Luke warm not hot. I ended up throwing it away. Waste of $6

Went through drive thru no one answered. Called no one answered. Honked still no one answered. Drove up to the window knocked. Employee said headset didn’t go off. So the phone wasn’t working either??
Not every day do I splurge on a yummy beverage but today was my doggo’s 8th birthday and I wanted to treat him to a pup cup. Whipped cream AND a dog biscuit…my pupper was so happy! Scooter’s has the nicest people working there. The fruit and cream I got was super tasty too.
