Ordered online thinking there was no way that could get screwed up but sure enough it did. We ordered and paid for extra sauce which we did not receive, we requested ketchup but got none, and I don't expect that these 3 napkins are very well suited to the 5 meals that we ordered. On the plus side, they offered to let me drive the 35 minutes round trip to go back and get these things. Order 9131384921849854.
The dining area needed attention (cleaning). Observed girl in back touching (adjusting) her hat with the gloves she was using to fix the food plates. The table we were sitting in, was very loose, which should have been taken out of service or fixed. Trash dumpsters need to be changed (overflowing). The food was good and hot, good representation. Employees standing around talking unstead of cleaning.
I usually get the chicken tenders but today i got the sammie. It was good but wish they had cheese to put on it and made a spicy Nashville style. But anyway this was a good 1
I went here with my friends yesterday evening hoping to eat some good chicken fingers but the customer service was just embarrassing ? Nobody came up to us to take our order inside. My friend even asked who was working the front counter and nobody knew who was working. I saw a manager just ignore us too instead of getting someone to take our order so we waited for a little bit until this other customer came up to the counter and somebody approached him ? We did not get our order taken but they help another customer instead of us?? So I decided to take my money elsewhere. You should have at least one worker working as a cashier.
First visit ever. Shocked when I arrived (approx 6:00) that the drive thru line was around the building, into the street and forked both directions. There for I considered going inside but you couldn’t get into the parking area because of the line. Additionally the parking was full as well.I almost left to wait for another day. This was not grand opening this was just normal busy time for them. The line did move pretty quickly but it did end up being 20 minutes from entering the line in the street, inching through, ordering and getting my food. So took a while but it was moving entire time.Between Cane’s and competition (zaxby’s, slims) I say Cane’s chicken is by far the best. The fries were crinkle cut - hot and crisp. I really enjoyed the garlic toast as well!!!! I skipped the slaw so no review.Customer service was good and they were all working hard. I just think this store is super busy but they really moved. Since the menu is all chicken fingers and the sides if they just keep the fryers full to capacity that is the best they can do.I didn’t count this against my rating but my only complaint is lack of sauce selection. They have their “cane’s sauce” only. I did try it but just not my preference. It seemed like was maybe a mix of mayo, ketchup, some seasonings and possibly some worchestire. I usually prefer either a BBQ or maybe just plain honey (not honey mustard). I do understand limiting sauces keeps the lines moving. However the chicken was very good plain so that works!!!!
A one trick pony for sure. They only do chicken fingers but they do them really well. The breading is light and crispy. It's honestly such a great texture. Chicken has been hot and juicy every time we've ordered from there. And that sauce. It's tangy and peppery and perfect.
They are perfect. They were busy and the young lady stayed focused and composed. The Texas toast is amazing. The fries were crispy and salty. The chicken is always amazing.
Great chicken and you just can't beat the sauce. If you haven't tried it, give them a whirl. You will be hooked.
This is the 3rd Raising Canes I've been to in a month that has had the dining area closed. Pretty disappointing. The drive thru was quick and employees kind. But the to go food from Canes is not as good portions. I got about half the fries of a usual Canes basket in the store. Furthermore the drink is 2/3 ice and basically no drink (and obviously I can't get a refill because I'm not inside). Finally I've read other reviewers note the size of the chicken strips seems to be reduced from what they once were. I'd agree on this point.Raising Canes has excellent tasting food but their quality of portions and serving the customer and financially reasonable meal have been going down I believe.
Services was great and fast!! Food was awesome as always...I will say my lemonade was a little sour...but that might have been my taste buds...lol
