First time. Pizza was good. Service was great. Grant our server was very friendly and personable. Asked us if there was any special pizza we wanted at the buffet. Buffet was stocked with fresh pizzas and dessert pizza. Grant brought us a few pieces that we requested. Salad bar was clean and fresh food as well. My only disappointment was no bacon bits for the salad bar and only a select choice of salad dressings. It did have Ranch which is my second choice to French. Price was 10.99 per person for buffet. With all you can eat, a fair price. Drinks were extra. Id eat there again.
We ordered Pizza West last night for the first time and it was amazing!! K7 combo was fantastic. Very fresh ingredients, plentiful toppings, courteous staff and delivery fella.FORGET ordering Dominos and Pizza Hut where you don’t even know if the person working there is on drugs or has washed his hands.
This is our go to place. I recently deployed and when I got back, the first thing I did was tell my wife and kids to get into the van and we went to pizza west. The food is so fresh and unique. Even the salad bar is the best I’ve had. It feels like home cooking and the family who owns it is always there to greet us. My favorites are the Hula Hula calzone, and the chocolate twist rolls with frosting. You can’t beat it anywhere and I’ve been trying since moving to Leavenworth.
Pizza west is the best local pizza I’ve had. Their unique take on speciality pizzas beat out the other competition. Staff are very friendly and the whole environment is great to sit down In. Highly recommend to try this place out. Support the local restaurants of KC!

The staff is as wonderful as the food. The buffet prices are very reasonable, and the different types of pizza they bring out is amazing. Just say the word and they will make any pizza you want available on the buffet. Me and my co workers have become at least once a week regulars at lunch. There are a bunch of pinball machines to he enjoyed befire, during, or after you eat. This place is truly a little gem you need to enjoy immediately.
We had such a great experience at Pizza West tonight. We booked the party room for a basketball team get together and they had the room all ready for us when we arrived. The food was good but the best part was they gave us great service the whole time. In a world where good customer service is hard to find this was even more appreciated. We will be back again soon. Great atmosphere, great pizza everything on the menu is great. unique with what looks like antique lamps lighting each table. One of the few places to have a lunch buffet.
The half of the pizza that had toppings was very good.
Once again Pizza West has exceeded our expectations! This is now our go-to pizza joint! They’re on-time, follow delivery instructions and the pizza arrives piping hot!! Cannot say enough good things about this place. Try it, if you haven’t already! You will not be disappointed!!
