Lot of pizzas go out of this location. Picked up two large pizzas and asked for a couple parmesan cheese packets. The said I would have to buy a small shaker for a buck plus tax. Nothing like being nicked and dimed eh.
Service was typical. Outstanding and to the minute on time! The crust on our "Thin and Crispy" was poor texture...sort of like old dough was used.
My order was right, hot and tasted really good.
Make the correct crust on our pizza. We ordered pan and received hand tossed.
The pizza was horrible, like cardboard and it was super expensive. Will not order from Pizza Hut ever again.
The pizza we ordered was cold as well as had a strange after taste to it.

The pizzas were exactly as ordered. They were ready at the time I requested and the young man brought them to my car when he saw me drive up without even having to notify him.

So, ordered at this location by mistake. I meant to order at the location at Shawnee Mission Parkway, near Nieman Rd, however this location did not disappoint. They were smiling, courteous and were overall just having a good time. I initially wanted curbside but I had forgotten to order a drink. When I pulled up, there were no customers inside, so instead of having them come outside and me still needing a drink, I went in. It was just nice seeing individuals having a good time, at work or not.
