I had a wrong pizza delivered to me and they were so on top of it they brought the correct pizza out before I even had everyone at the table. That is good service. Almost every time I’ve been at this location it has been very fast and the pizza always tastes super fresh and isn’t greasy.
Paid for extra sauce and stuffed crust. Not worth it, lesson learned.
In one night they messed up my order twice. First they made it with cheese when it said no cheese. Second time they remade it and instead of putting the toppings on all of the pizza they put it in half…so I only got half the amount of toppings I ordered and had to move everything around in an attempt to have a well covered pizza

They said 20-30 minutes and I didn’t get my pizza for and hour and 15 minutes cold. Real ingredients but sub par workers.
Came in a week or so ago, & had ordered a pizza in person, because I forgot to submit my online order in advance while at home lol. Chad not only ensured I ordered the correct thing in person, but also ensured my pizza was made exceptionally fast, tasted amazing, & asked if I needed anything while I waited for my order while I was there. Amazing customer service, & amazing pizza! Won’t order from anyone/anywhere else.
I order veggie pizza. But it’s very bad taste. Not cooking good ??
BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I recently moved into a new place. After quite sometime I called the store. Chad informed me the pizza had been delivered. Upon looking at my details I realized I gave them the wrong address. They made me a new pizza....TOTALLY MY ERROR!!!! Kuddos to Chad and the driver. ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!!!
Giving five stars to Marcus the night manager.We put in an order during the dinner rush. After check the app after in-between an hour to hour and a half noticed the order said on its way but the door dash had canceled it. Called the store and marcus already had a new one being made and was waiting for it to get delivered
We love papa john’s but today we order Hawaiian pizza and to our surprise it had 2 huge hair and another one burn between the cheese and the pineapple he order the new cheese stuff crust with pineapple and ham and they gave him a regular pizza i was really looking forward to eat a good pizza but the hairs couldn’t eat it all
