The Siri/Alexa they use at the drive-thru is awful. You’ll need to ask for a real person and then wait a few minutes
Unbelievable. We order and whoever is taking said order was completely unprofessional and rude. He also chose to not tell us that their store wasn't accepting cash before we ordered our whole meal and waited in line to pay and receive the order. If I could give less stars I would absolutely laughable excuse for a business and it shows from all of the negative reviews, choose a different store.
Honestly one of the worst experiences that I’ve had to McDonald’s. Whenever I got into the line I was sitting there for maybe like five minutes before anyone even spoke to me, two cars pulled up in the other lane after I had already gotten there and gotten their orders taken ahead of me. The lady over the intercom was really rude, and then whenever I got my food they didn’t even give me any napkins. All in all not a good experience.

For the second time in the last couple months the store was closed an hour before their posted closing time. This time they didn't even bother answering the drive thru and I sat there for almost 5 min. Highly disappointed in the level of customer service that this facility has displayed. Change the hours or get workers who understand how their performance reflects the entire site.

Unfortunately they were very slow. No doubt they had manpowerjissues. But order was also wrong. So makes waiting even that more miserable.
Family wanted breakfast. Got in line at 10:40 on Saturday, but they said they stopped at 10:30. They also said this was every McDonald's that now does this. Per a Google search on the way home, this was a complete lie and they closed it early for whatever reason (presumably cost/profit). Won't go back. PS. - Who wants lunch at 10:30 any day of the week?
There customer service is terrible. I couldn't even get a burger remade the right way after waiting in line for almost 10 minutes for it in the 1st place. They told me they couldn't do it @ 8:05pm on a Friday because they were getting ready to close...then when I called in they said they were unable to do it because I ordered it on the mobile app & it just is what it is. Even if I gave them the incorrect burger. I'm confused & world like to know when McDonalds started this policy..? This is just one of a few complaints I have about this particular McDonalds. I could make a list, but this should be enough to let others know Not to expect good customer service or replacements from this one.
