Horrible customer service...i understand the food service can be difficult. But oh my..this was by far the worst experience i have ever had at a McDonald's...the drinks we're watery, the wait was horrible even with our order with only a couple of drinks.. It's if bare minimum had a bare minimum...below is what our Dr.Pepper looked like when we went to refill our drinks because the one we were given was too watery...
Rude customer service even maneger didnt know what he was doing. Employees could not be ruder.
A nice decent kinda out of the way McDonald's that is always good and friendly, though a tad bit slow and sometimes hard to understand.
Clean and quiet location to dine in, came to get application deals three times. Love everything but the voice tone of front crew member a bit unpleasant to hear.
I placed a mobile order and my order wasn’t even ready. Stood there for 5 minutes and nobody helped. And a guy that works there didn’t even offer to get me any help. So I guess when you do a mobile order in store pick up, it’s a great chance you’ll be making the order yourself. And very unprofessional. They tried to justify their actions. I will be calling corporate today.
Rude Rude Rude.. I'm a regular (daily) came through the drive through this morning and ordered 3 drinks & got one of the names wrong. Once I noticed this I let the person in the window know. They began telling me that's the one you said. I said, yes I know I got the name wrong & apologized. Then the tall manager chimed in (with the vitiligo) starts yelling, that's the drink you wanted. I explained again, I said the wrong one. I then offered to park so that I didn't hold the line. He refused to park me, demanded me to get out of my car and come inside and reorder the drink while muttering under his breath as I'm looking right at him ?. Talk about bitter!
Terrible customer service. I went through the drive thru this morning and ordered a bacon, cheese, biscuit sandwich with a hash brown. Clearly, they’re using a robot to take our drive thru orders and for some reason it didn’t catch the hash brown on the screen. I get up to pay and check my bag for the hash brown, it was in there. So I nicely told the man at the register it wasn’t in there and he rudely questioned why I didn’t tell him earlier! There was no way to tell him earlier due to there being a robot taking my order and no one was at the first window to pay like most locations. He practically threw the hash brown at me and told me everything has to be correct on the ordering screen. Overall such a terrible experience and will never be back to the McDonalds on 75th St/Nieman.

They don't honer the deals.Yesterday at 6:30 went to get my food and used the macdonald app deal for free crispy chicken sandwich or in the eligible options is the Deluxe spicy chicken. The person I was ordering the food from rudely insists on giving me the crispy chicken sandwich. When I drove to the first window and showed her what the app states. She acknowledged what she read and put the deluxe order in. But they still gave me the Christy sandwich still with old cold fries (which is against the company policy).
Rude taking my order. Cut me off. Took my change. Gave me no receipt. Gave me the wrong items. Watch your cameras. When your drawer is over 14 dollars I WONDER WHY!!!!
