Not actually a 24 hr McDonald’s. Came at 2:30 am and was told they weren’t open. Then seen a red car making laps in drive thru. (not actually getting anything)
That dude Dylan and Daniel, is the best duo next to Kobe and Shaq, I felt as tho they were Kane and Undertaker, destroying the game. Im super happy with my food and they should give them a raise.
Very rude staff on a consistent basis. When told my change back was incorrect, the girl at the window told me I was wrong. My total was 2.19 and I gave her 5.19. She told me I was wrong and only gave her .09. I did give her the .19 so I didn’t get all the coins back. But, I got more coins. I offered to give her another dime and she rudely said no, my drawer is closed. To the management… work with your team on service. It’s ok for them to say hello and thank you.
Usually the food is all and well except for the fact that I got a hair (?) In my fries. It's springy, coarse, and white. Not happy
This location is the worst ! It’s 24 hours but never open when I go. They’re always closed to clean. Or the system is down. Tonight they’re closed because there’s only one employee. I was told they only do door dash and Uber eats at this time. Just a hot mess. For sure not open 24hours
Very uncomfortable to dine in very hot and smaller than other locations I’ve visited.
This location was extremely rude to me. I went and just got some fries and the man at the first window just said the amount due and nothing else. Then I pulled up to the second window and this girl had the worst service! She opened the window, gave the bag to me then slammed the window closed. Then turned her back to me. I didn’t even have a chance to ask for ketchup or to say thank you. This wasn’t just poor customer service, it was downright rude and offensive.
They are literally watering down the juice. It sounds crazy, but 3 times in a row... the orange juice has been yellow water, no flavor... see through. This has been 3 stops over 3 weeks. Done with this location.
Can’t get any help from employees because no one is in the lobby or front counter.
Food is frequently cold, sometimes undercooked, occasionally incorrect. Staff unmasked, inattentive. If you want McDonald's, drive to a nearby location instead. Take the inconvenience, rather than the disappointment.
