I’m from Texas where true authentic Mexican food is abundant. Here not so much! Until I found LuLus! They have THE BEST breakfast tacos in Kansas! Yes!!!!!! The entire state of Kansas! Totally took me back to Texas the first time I had them. In case you all dont know Texas has tacos and such pretty much everywhere. They will make them anyway you want them too. The people that work there are amazing as well! The only downside to this place is the long line! But hey……. That’s an awesome thing in my opinion because it shows how really good this place actually is! I highly recommend LuLus if you want truly authentic Spanish cuisine!
Terrible food The guy who took my order was eating chips from his hands. barely can speak english. slapped shells on disgusting looking grill, never washed hands. food was dry and over cooked. threw it away.what a loser place
Great flavor, but cold by the time I travelled the one mile to my house. No chance it was hot going into the carryout container.Will give it another try.
Extremely friendly and the food is fresh, hot, and delicious. It’s located inside of a gas station but do not be fooled, this place is for real!
Been eating lunch here for a year now and it's a favorite when in the area. High quality products at a very reasonable price. Good value and favorable authentic food. Small menu keeps the line moving fast. Side spot in a gas station is well hidden. Fare warning local drunkards eat here.
Cute place inside of gas station. Beans were excellent. Staff friendly. Self seating with a few tables available. Anxious to stop by for a burrito next time I am in the area!
Tried it for the first time and will definitely be going back! Their breakfast burrito was packed with bacon and the picadilla burrito was stuffed full. They both were amazing and flavorful! Their verde salsa was the bomb! This place is legit! Also, the ladies working were super sweet!!
Tiny restaurant inside a gas station (formerly a Shell, now a Phillips). Open for breakfast and I had a breakfast burrito. Tortilla was fresh and grilled and the filling was chorizo, eggs and potatoes with salsa Verde on the side for $4. There are 3 tables available for eating inside but it looks like remodeling is happening so it may grow. Staff said Menudo was available on weekends and it looked delicious. I will be back to try tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and tortas.
Tacos are excellent. Just FYI, it is inside a Phillips 66 gas station, not a Shell.
This place has some of the best carnitas I've ever had as well as super friendly lady taking orders. Very fast as well.
