After a really bad experience at #popeyes, just down the street on Troost and 63rd, I drove up to this #KFC, and had a really good experience. Although busy, the drive through moved at a reasonable pace, and my food was hot and tasty. And although they had forgotten one of my mashed potatoes and gravy, they were quick to fix the issue, plus the manager gave me a BOGO coupon for my visit, along with a seemingly heartfelt apology.A great experience that lead to us changing our go to chicken sandwich provider, we usually order a couple times a week,, to #KFC, instead of #popeyes.
Food was good but I feel for the employees who are overworked. Praying and believing especially for the clerk who took our order and was also working the drive thru line. He was very attentive and kind when he could have conveyed a "busy" attitude.
I got the chicken sandwich combo and my son got the popcorn chicken combo.I thought It was really good and st a fair price.
Had the 3 piece combo and it was great. Tiffany was very fast and friendly. Loved the fact I can di e in.
Worst KFC around. Get mad every time we try to go there. Horrible experience. Never have what you want. A chicken place without chicken

This is a horrible location! I picked up a chicken sandwich and it was ice cold. I went back to inform them it was cold and the lady literally said to me it's a chicken tender on bread! I asked does that mean that the bread is supposed to be cold and the whole sandwich not warm? She rolled her eyes at me! KFC's are going down as it is and I will never ever visit this one again and do not recommend whatsoever!!!!!!!!!!!
They got the order wrong then got mad when we didnt want the food we didnt order. And there prices have almost doubled for chicken one of the cheapest costing meats and took alot off the menu. Then charged us for sides that come with the meal.
I love good chicken sandwiches so I had to give the new one from KFC a shot. It’s good, lots of tender chicken on it. If I had to rank them it would be behind the sandwiches from Chik fil A and Popeye’s, but not by a lot.
I love KFC, just not this one. I work near this location and have tried it 3 times. The fries are always soggy and greasy, the chicken is so old it has shrunk down in size, dry in some spots and hard as a rock in others. Couldn't even finish it. Forgot to give me any sauces asked for 2 out of the 3 times I've gone. Hopefully they correct this.
