We went on a Friday at 2:00.The food was awful. The buffet was sparse, the chicken and broccoli was mostly broccoli. The chicken on a stick was completely dried out and tough. I tried a few pieces each of General Tso and honey chicken both very dry.The food had been sitting out for hours, they open at 11:00, they had customers, other than us; yet did not seem to be in any hurry to fix fresh food.It was bad enough that I will not go back.
I have been to this place several times and I always loved the food, never had any issues. I hate to give them 1 start but...the last time I went, I went with 2 friends. I walked up to one of the buffets (the one with fruit and whatnot on it) and there was a roach just cruising up and down the buffet. I called someone over to take care of it. They didn't charge my but my 2 friends still had to pay ?♀️
Good food, great selection. We went an hour before closing so they wasn't putting out much fresh/hot items. But enjoyed enough that we will return. Service could have been better.
You know that nagging feeling you get, that you should turn around? I ignored that. Poor ambiance, lighting, a little dirty... My wife, whom enjoys a wide range of cuisine, had an allergic reaction to something within 40 minutes after. Same exact choices we enjoy up north of the river. Will not be going back.
The waitress was super nice, no wait. I went later in the day probably an hour and a half before closing and the food was alright. I wouldn't say it's the best I've been to. It's also not as big as I thought it was going to be.
Pretty good. Its sorta amerimexinese, which is pretty cool really cuz you got plenty to chose from. Service is ok or it would be 5 stars.Clean. Food is mostly fresh
Service was good but food not so much. The chicken was dry and hard to eat, the fried rice was salty. The price was to high for the quality of the food. For two buffets and two drinks it cost almost forty dollars. Won't be going back.
My son and I were very unhappy, our food was cold and under cooked on some, and the chicken was hard as stone... when I mentioned it to the manager he argued with me saying I'm one of few customers they had, they opened not long ago..... then told me if I'm unhappy then to just leave... poor customer service, all employees were sitting around on their phones or talking on the phone or being rude....There wasn't even any white rice! How can you eat Chinese without white rice! It's unnatural!I will never be back!
Was not impressed. Nothing has flavor. So many items where not cooked and when I ate the food was cold inside. Even the ice cream in a cup doesn't have a good flavor. To top it off I woke up this morning sicker than a dog. I'm sure somthing I ate wasn't good. I don't recommend. 35 bucks for 2 people is a little excessive for the quality of food.
I lived close for a long time. Our family moved. Haven't eat there in about a year. Total let down. The generals chicken wasn't any wher near what it use to be. That was the family favorite. And everything else was kinda bland. Won't be going back.
