Zero service, left without buying anything. Went to the drive thru, no response on the intercom. Odd since an employee inside watched me pull up. Drove to the pickup window, tried to flag down one of the workers inside, not doing anything. I left.Also you guys should really connect your parking lot to the other shopping centers surrounding you.
This shop does not care about its customers. After 45 minutes i called and was told the order was on its way. after an hour i called again to ask about my order and to inquire about a credit for the delivery delay. They voided my order, told me they would not be delivering the sandwich that was on its way, and did not even apologize for the delay. HORRIBLE service.

The customer service was on power on par the food was good it was good it was a very clean franchise is franchise I'll be back.
Fresh bread on my sand not hard like some of them
First of all there was about 9 employees there and three of those nine were busy on their cell phones. They would not ask you what you wanted on your sandwich they just took it upon himself to make it obviously the way the owner makes it, which was totally wrong to us. They didn't even ask us what kind of bread we wanted, they took it upon themselves to give us the hardest Bread they have in the store. All the toppings they had on the sandwich was so sloppy and Missy that you couldn't hardly eat it you need a towel instead of a napkin. They didn't give us any choice of different kinds of cheese on the sandwich. The sandwich was made so very quickly and it was so obvious to see why. It was because they do not have any interest in making the sandwiches correctly or to the customer satisfaction. I will never ever eat at this establishment again and I don't think my friend will be eating there either. To me it was a bad experience and would not recommend it to anyone.
*Edit* I see JJ's has replied but I can't reply directly to it. I have already done what they asked by submitting feedback on the corporate website. Ticket number is 02140156. The owner never got back to corporate (or they did, and corporate never got back to me).I’ve received an incorrect order twice. Never once got a correction or an email/phone call back when I politely reached out. It’s a franchise location, so I just don’t go to this one anymore.
Terrible customer service. I put in an order on the app and it took the money out of my bank account but I never received my sandwiches and jimmy John’s has claimed to never have received an order. Offered to show proof of transaction via bank statement and they refused to give me my money back or my sandwiches. Taking advantage of people is truly disgusting I hope this location gets shut down.
Terrible customer service. Went through the drive thru and ended up leaving because the worker was so rude. Definitely don’t recommend.
First time eating at this Jimmy John's and the customer service was terrible. No greeting from the cashier, cashier didn't give me my total for the purchase until I asked twice because the cashier mumbled it and acted inconvenienced he had to talk. Went to grab my food, said thanks and no response from the other employee. The only reason it's not a 1 is because the sandwich was made correctly.
