Door Dash order, took few mins before ready but no complaints.
We came into the restaurant to order two 16” subs with combos and told them what we wanted and they weren’t paying attention because they had a ridiculous amount of online orders and we walked out with 8”. We didn’t recognize that they didn’t make what we wanted until we got home. Tried calling the phone but it kept ringing and they didn’t give us our receipt.
Me and my husband visited this location on Nov. 23 . First of all there was a little boy working in the line maybe 10 or 11 years old. My sandwich was made and wrapped. My husband ordered his, the man was slicing meat and during this time was messing with the slicer, so my husband was watching just to see what was going on. He continued to slice and mess with the slicer, then he placed Turkey on the bun and there was blood on the meat, then he proceeds to add another slice on
The older lady with the long dark hair working Sunday November [email protected] 12 noon is violently rude to customers and employees. She needs to be fired asap
The customer service while I was ordering my sandwiches was awful. The lady was rude, inconsiderate and rushing. I will never order frthis location again. Also they refuse to do a delivery because I have cash, not card. ALSO not sure when they stopped making soups so that was a complete let down. Jimmy John's here we come! Jimmy John's never lets me down, I should have known better than to even try to order from goodcents. This is the second time I've called and each time was worst than the last. MAJOR THUMB DOWN FOR THIS RESTAURANT. The goodcents in Mission is much better all around.
I have ordered from this location multiple times and always found the staff to be friendly, fast and helpful. The sandwiches are fantastic! Today, I ordered online from the wrong location and when I went to pick it up their owner (of mutiple locations) was there and offered to just make my order there rather than send me 3 miles down the road. Not neccessary, but very much appreciated! Thank you, I will be back.
I ordered via DoorDash and when I opened my sandwich it had been made incorrectly. I called the store and explained the situation to Jacob. He was very kind and helpful. Jacob remade the sandwich and personally delivered it to the rehab facility I’m in waiting for surgery next week. That is what I consider amazing customer service! Thank you Jacob, you made my day a little better with your kindness and customer service! I hope you and every one at the Shawnee location (and corporate) see this.

Best place for the freshest subs! May I suggest the Penny club with standard dress, mayonnaise, spicy mustard and jalepenos?
