I remember there being a lot more meat on my cheddar brisket sandwich all I got was bread it seems. when I talked to the manager he did nothing to help.
Very good sandwiches but just doesn't seem like enough meat for all that bread. I think next time I'll get the small and add double meat. ??
When I ordered a gluten-free roll, the cashier asked if it was an allergy, which it was. And the staff communicated down the line that an allergy order was coming up. I really appreciate them taking care in ensuring that everyone knew to take the necessary precautions.
They only have "hot" sandwiches. When I think of a Sub sandwich, I think of a cold one, too. Especially on a hot day! I took a salad home. It was very good...but I thought I saw that they use romaine lettuce. Turns out it was iceberg lettuce in the salad. I must've misread the sign. They have a new soda dispenser that I was unfamiliar with on how to use. I asked the "servers" but not one of then came from behind the counter to help me. (I'm a stroke victim and have problems with some newer computers!) Good old ice tea was right there, tho! I opted for tea! The atmosphere was great. There was real fire equipment there provided by the owners son/Shawnee fire department. THAT IS VERY COOL!One server was very helpful when I said it was my first time there. I think she is the manager. I noticed she was training some of the others. When I'm ready for a hot sub this fall, I will go back. I will get salads there during the summer in the meantime! The salads are worth the trip!
Food it's good/ never got asked if I wanted or need a drink, was a little hungrier asked for large sandwich, the attendant gave medium size... there's an old say thou, it goes that things sometimes happens for a razon, thank you for the great food and all you guys do for us the costumers we'll see you next time. GRRREAT sub sandwiches. Fresh bread and ingredients. Some employees seem confused. But food was yummy.
Came in for lunch today at 12:30. The staff on duty was very friendly, made my sandwich quickly and accurately to order. This shift was ran very well by management and Jonathan did a great job keeping the lobby clean! Go Jonathan!
Somehow my boyfriend and I both had our names drawn for a free sub on the same day. We both enjoyed it. The crew thought it was funny too. Very delicious and great staff

Go back to bagging the pickles or wrapping them if you're not going to listen and keep putting them in the sandwiches.They're disgusting and soak into the bread and ruins the sandwich for me.Use to be a good place but now after countless times of it happening it has become an issue
