I've been trying to make contact by phone with this store. I placed a mobile walk-in order. I ordered the sour dough sandwich with turkey sausage and added tomatoes. This sandwich cost almost $7. What I received was a sandwich with bacon. I do not eat pork and I had to give my sandwich away. Read the label on the top of the box.
Changed up my favorite Buttercrunch/butternut donut! I will keep checking back for it. One of the employees said someone else was making them. Hope they come back with the original crunchy coating. The new version is a bit mushy. Otherwise great place to bring the kids on a donut trip!
Best services ever they help find what doughnut I was wanting drive thru is fastest I've seen for a doughnut shop. Food was phenomenal I'd take it over and other doughnut shop all day every day. Best services I've had in a while. Had some memories there I might never forget. Go here if you are in the area. And lots of good places around after you eat to go to.
Great place for doughnuts and most the time has friendly service that's quick they have good management at this one but would be better if they let Samantha be the general manager cause she is nice and professional and I think the store would do better with her running the whole show still keep up the good work Also store is usually very clean and sanitary Great place to take your kids. Plus they give my dog pup cups which my dog loves. Doughnuts are almost always fresh and delicious
Actually wouldn’t give them any stars.Terrible service and rude employees. Took my grandchildren for a treat. These are not sprinkle donuts and they are hard and crusty ( how many days old) The Bavarian cream I ordered for my daughter came served with the cream on the box top, had to scrape it off to put on the donut Wouldn’t waste my money or time to go here again
❤️Love pretty much all the drinks ! The Coffee and the Refreshers are all very tasty and all the different flavors are a delight! I just tried the Mango ? ? Pineapple with coconut milk and it was so good! I go about 2-3 times a week. I also love the snackin sweet bacon ? and avocado ? toast. Lastly I love the price!! Doesn’t hit my pockets too hard to go a few times a week!
Still great tasting but donuts have are not as big. In fact I'd say they are now have the size and prices have increased substantially.
I was a little hesitant to try out this location because of the negative reviews. Just recently moved to Shawnee from South OP. Great location, right on Shawnee Mission Parkway. My coffee is always the perfect shade. The staff is also very friendly!
Ordered a chai latte with a shot of espresso and it literally was straight syrup and I can't get a refund so there's that. Absolutely disgusting for any drink to have that much syrup. I even mixed it when I got home with coffee and all you taste is syrup ..yikes
Delicious and and Must stop and shop. I was loyal to my old place at a 119th state exit lol wos longest freeway exit ever! Also a Diamond design and shout-out to however thought of that.!
