Employees had a little misunderstanding about my order but very apologetic. Food was very fresh and hot. Will be back again.
Usually I love this place! Last night me and my husband went there for dinner and woke up with food poisoning! I know what food positioning is because I have gotten my serve safe multiple times! Something was not cooked at the right temp or etc... We won't be back for a while. Maybe only for a strawberry Fanta.
This place charges an extra .70 cents if you choose rice as a side. They didn't have any breasts or wings in their entire store yesterday. The rice was served half full and I had to go in to ask them to give me a fair portion of what I paid for. They didn't give condiments and were passive aggressive when we had to go in to ask for some. The man who claimed to be the manager wasn't very friendly. The soda tasted watered down. My chicken was almost all breading and skin which I don't eat. It was my least favorite dining experience in a long time and I won't be back to this location-EVER! Awful food and awful service! Go somewhere else!
Got horrible food poisoning from this location tonight. I know people say this all the time when their stomach happens to hurt after a meal but legit both me and my fiancé have horrible stomach pain, nausea, and our hands and face were numb/tingly. In the ER typing this because mine was so bad I almost passed out and was recommended I get checked by the nurse line. Thanks Churches!
Worst experience! Don’t go here if you want the food you ACTUALLY ordered! They have not ONCE gotten a single order correct. They put a drink lid on my mashed potato, causing gravy to slosh around all over my bag and food. The manager there could care less, he put tenders instead of a chicken patty in my sandwich, pita mayo when you request no mayo, swapped my unsweet tea with a sprite, gave me regular chicken instead of spicy, and mashed potato instead of bombers, forgot my biscuits, forgot my pepper, forgot my sauces, and the list goes on and on. He never apologized, he doesn’t care. Most of my orders are through DoorDash and thus clearly written out. No special instructions, just ordered with the available app options. It’s like they purposely make sure my order is incorrect. Before at least they would apologize and offer to replace the food next time, but no, this manager Nimo, he wants me to drive there at 1030 pm because they don’t close til 11 and get the food now or there was nothing he could do. What if I don’t have a car? What if I can’t drive? What if I live more than 30 minutes away? He could care less, and this is the management! Honestly, most of the locations in the kc metro area will give you similar service. But I’ve had it! I’ve let it slide wayyyyy too many times. They need to find people that have an ounce of customer service in them. -I’m so sick of the awful and outright rude service that’s a consistent and expected experience every time we visit. -And look at other reviews online on different platforms, even on their corporate website, you’ll see similar reviews!
No complaints about the delivery, it was fast. The food was inedible. The mac & cheese was burnt. The chicken tenders were original not spicy plus cold and rubbery. I literally threw most of it out and ordered something else.
Just over all not good, don't get fooled by their prices, the chicken & fries were cold, the drink was probably 70% ice, and the biscuit was rock solid. My buddy also found a runaway piece of okra in his box. Paid $10Just go canes
Chicken dry and hard..Okra not fresh..I thought it was made to order. Never had issues until now. Do better guys.
Went to Churches Chicken. I think Churches is a great restaurant. The Texas Chicken tenders are great. The coleslaw needs a working on. But other than that it's a good restaurant to go to when you are hungry for chicken and the Sweet Tea is good. I think Churches Chicken is great in take out Chicken.
First off I love Churches Chicken and even this location but tonight was horrible. After realizing Jimmy John's was closed my family decided on a local favour Churches. In the drive through I had to argue with the girl for our family meal and additional sides then got home missing one side and NO BISCUITS! That was the entire reason my family agreed to Churches! How can you not remember the biscuits $50 later? The chicken was great, the potatoes were great, the macaroni was great, the missing fried okra and biscuits ruined a perfect dinner!
