This Chipotle location has some of the worst service I've ever experienced. I've had good experiences at other locations. I mostly avoid this particular Chipotle, but nearly every time I do go there (it is often the most convenient or only option) I regret it. My advice is to find a different location to go to.Most recently, I ended up leaving without my food when my pickup order was more than 20 late (and I needed to urgently go somewhere else). I had been told when I arrived that it "was being made", which was obviously untrue.On a previous occasion I was the only customer in the store and was left standing at the register still needing to pay. The person who gave me the food said that someone would come to do check-out. After 5 minutes of half-heartedly "looking" for that other person and asking other employees if that person was on break, she finally logged into the register so that I could pay. She could have helped me that entire time!Another time I picked up a bowl that had so much sour cream that it was mostly inedible. There have been some other minor incidents as well, where I felt dissatisfied with the food or service.
Ordered a salad and burrito bowl online and they literally gave both my husband and I an ounce of meat, a lot of rice and I had three pieces of lettuce on my “salad”. We opened it at home and I thought it was a joke. Guess they think they can skimp online orders because we can’t verify it! They also forgot my salad dressing ? Do not order online-rip off!
Still the worst Chipotle I know of, even though it moved across the street. Consistently gets orders wrong, food is often not hot and sometimes not even warm. Online orders take far longer than in store orders. Avoid it.
We’ve ordered through the chipotlane twice and neither time has gone smoothly. The first time, the receipt on the bag listed the correct items but realIzed items were missing once we got home. The second order wasn’t ready until 25 minutes after estimated pick up time. They consistently have provided terrible service.
Very disappointing for a chipotle. Food tastes the same as always but the servings were tiny!! I got nowhere near the amount of food as I do at my home chipotle. They gave me the tiniest scoop of chicken and toppings. My burrito is basically an empty tortilla. Even my side of guacamole wasn’t filled all the way. Save yourself money and go to literally any other store. 2 stars because the restaurant was clean.
This is a solid Chipotle. The food and service are pretty consistent. Trash could be cleaned up more often. I don't ever hesitate to eat here in any event.
My coworker and I regularly order from this location and unfortunately more often than not our order is not correct. Since neither of us typically like to pull a Karen (even if we’re borderline Hangry) we normally just eat our food and go on about our day.We ordered burrito bowls and picked up the order. After about 8 bites into both of our meals, we found this little critter hitching a ride with the steak in the bowl. While we do appreciate the extra protein gesture without the additional cost, we do not necessarily care for ROACHES added. While we do not feel this was intentional, it’s definitely something this location needs to take seriously. We returned the bowl (along with our new found friend) to the same location and let them know what was found in our food, but they were speechless…. Literally, they offered no apology or resolution. Not that we will be eating there anytime soon, but a simple apology would have sufficed.Just because you moved across the street doesn’t mean your cleanliness, customer service will improve and/or the roaches won’t follow.
Food is average, tables are never clean (4 separate visits at different times of day) and the music is ALWAYS too loud!! (Yes, I am shouting.) I get that it is part of the brand’s vibe but if we cant hear each other across the tiny tables then something is wrong. I was hoping the new location would be an improvement ? Bummer.
I’ve had more order issues with this location alone than any other location across KC combined. Actually, any restaurant I’ve ever had food from combined. Every. Single. Time. Tonight we picked up in drive-thru, outside label had everything correct. Get home and in the bag was a completely different persons order with their name on it. When my husband went back they treated him like it was his fault and said “well we can’t take the food back, is the order close to being correct?” I just deleted the Chipotle app.
What is wrong with this place? Who can fix it? All the people in my picture were waiting on their online orders. One of them actually came in from the drive thru, because they were getting nowhere out there.Basically nobody in the dining area, and nobody in line except to ask about their orders. These are all carry out customers who already paid for their food.Everyone I talked to was 15-20 minutes past their ETA. Mine was 20. This is at least the third time that has happened to me. Only since the new location opened. I've learned from past orders, the drive thru is always held up.
