I asked for a medium salsa and this senile old women gave me sour cream. Chipotle by target is better as they won’t mess up your order. Avoid this place at all costs until their management stops hiring smooth brains.
I hadn't been here since pre-pandemic and had forgotten how yummy their food can be! My choice was the salad bowl with pollo asado. Perfection except for the heavy salt content. It made my mouth pucker when I had a bite that wasn't mixed with enough of the lettuce, beans, rice, and salsa. I'll give it a try another day because the flavor was so good, but may have to skip Chipotle if they stay heavy handed in the salt.
Unlike some other commenters, I have only ever had positive interactions with the staff here. The staff is friendly, efficient, and appear to be working as fast as they can given the volume of customers. The complainers are just upset they have to wait a few minutes.Having said that, my poor review is for the meat quality. I have come here on and off for over a year now and I would say there's probably a 50/50 chance the chicken might be inedible. Sometimes it's all gnarly fat or pieces you wouldn't necessarily want to eat and I end up giving it to my dogs. But when it's good it's really good. It's the complete inconsistency that prompted me to write this review.
I was just in there and I really don't appreciate April having an attitude with me when asking her to put more sides on my bowl. She kept slamming the spoon down when asking for more. Also told me she wasn't going to put more sides on my bowl because she wouldn't be able to close it even though it wasn't full. She even had an attitude to the customers in front of me. I really don't appreciate her customer service. If it wasn't for us customers she wouldn't have a pay check.I will take my service somewhere else.
My food was good but the service is just not very good anymore. Not really their fault. It's just that between trying to wait on the customers in their lobby waiting in line to order their food. They have to stop what they're doing and do the call in orders and the DoorDash type orders. Things like that so it takes a long time to get through the line. Too bad they can't let the back kitchen area take care of the online orders but it is what it is
My girlfriend loves this place but I'm not a big fan of it. Paige loves it and eat lunch there about 3 or 4 times a week and a couple nights a week she gets dinner there and I go somewhere else. Different people different taste. And that old saying happy wife happy life.
Chipotle was very good very fresh and hot and big portions.Very convenient location.
This location sucks!! always dirty inside, trashcans over flowing, tables smeared with leftover food and napkins. Order a burrito and ask them if they could cut it in half, then sat down and open my burrito .... burrito was everywhere, beans an rice coming out on the sides, soaking and soggy tortilla !!! Horrible and to make it worse the chick cutting it saw all the juices coming out and didn't bother to remake it !!! I though oh well ill just ask for a tortilla and make my own burrito when i sit down, which i did and it sucked !!!! Would def not recommend this location at all !!!!
We walked in and stood waiting for the lady to address us for about five minutes. Her and another employee were working on something underneath the rice containers and an online order she slams the rice down and the water underneath goes everywhere and flew on the white rice. She then cleans it up and then she asked could she help us. Another employee walks over to her and she just walks off while I was giving her my order. No excuse me for a moment. So I continue to wait again and finally another employee comes over to finish my order. Check out time and here is the same rude lady checking me. Customer service was terrible. She also snapped at the young lady working the line too. Telling her what she needed and being rude to her In front of customers. Not sure what her title was! But definitely a rude employee with no manors at all.
Just moved to the neighborhood near this Chipotle, and have had nothing but great experiences here. The manager is awesome and even helped me out by getting some coupons for some high school students I work with. Great Chipotle!
