Our waitress, Emily, was amazing! She was on top of the drinks our entire meal. At the end of our meal she realized that they served my daughter a similar pasta dish than the baked pasta dish she ordered and packed it up for her to go. Great customer service! We will be back!
Quick seating, the server seemed a little scatter brained.Wish that the manager who was walking around would help clear tables or refill drinks. The server seemed overwhelmed with the amount of tables. No fault to them.The first serving of chips was 75% crumbs unfortunately.The margaritas frozen machine was down on arrival but they were able to get it up and going 1/2 way through our meal.
The fajitas at Chili’s are always delicious! The staff is always friendly also.
Great atmosphere! Because it was a friday evening had to wait for about 1 hour to be seated..took awhile to get our drinks. When our food was delivered it was just warm It seem as if it had been sitting before someone brought it to the table

After a bad experience at the Legend’s Chili’s earlier where I was totally ignored by the bartender/waitress and had to leave without ordering anything, I came to this Chili’s. They also seated me at a booth on the bartending side. This time a guy came to take my drink order and food order right away. Food was good, but most important of all, service was great and this made all the difference. Will definitely make this my go to Chili’s restaurant in the future!

New menu has taken off some of the things they do well off and replaced with many thing I don’t care for. No more Awesome Blossompetals. Staffing is an issue as well. I guess I can mark this off my list of places to eat.
Went during lunch on a Sunday and I could tell they were understaffed. No problem. We were seated in 15 minutes, the lady bartender was doing it all. She was attentive and friendly. Food was great and hot. Give those people a raise they're on it!
This chili's was just what we were hoping for. My husband enjoyed a burger on special for only $5!! And I am on a medically supervised eating plan, and they were able to meet my needs off the sides menu with no problems.We ended up getting a meal to go! Made for a pretty darn yummy date night and with the daily deal, we were out of there for $21!!The service was good too. Highly recommend.
