I don't think I've ever had a positive experience here. Either my pizza is super late, ruined right when I get there, or the order is cancelled without them telling me. The store is always a mess and they're always missing stuff like lids to certain drink sizes, or they'll have the lids but not that size cup.
I don't ever leave Google reviews, but this location is laughably bad. It's very concerning to me that corporate hasn't cracked down on this location. Gas pumps don't work half the time. Shelves/coolers always empty. Never food in the heaters. When you call to place an order, they're always out of ingredients. How do you guys even keep this place in business with no stock?? The employees are always rude, and the store is always dirty as well. I'd rather drive a bit further and go to a different gas station.
We love Casey's but this one is poorly managed. Not enough help in the kitchen and gas pumps always out of order.
Why are half the gas pumps constantly out of service. Pathetic.
It sure would be nice is people could answer the phones when you want to order a pizza here.
The last 3 times we have come here we were told that they are not doing pizza. Every time has been on either a Friday or Saturday between 12- 7 pm when there is a tournament going on at mid America less than a mile away. Who is running this store that doesn't have the sense to have the pizza department open during this time? Seems like your losing alot of money. So don't come here on a Friday or Sat night during dinner time cause you won't be getting pizza from this caseys.Famous for pizza?......... yeah right!!!!
My local Casey's (Shawnee, Ks) isn't what I'd consider a well run operation. Other than the pizza, which I love, the store has several issues. Half the time, the receipt printers on the pumps are not working. Several pumps operate well below capacity. Furthermore, the location is regularly understaffed, especially during typical busy times. Also, its apparent the staff is not trained or held to the higher standards of their competitors, Quicktrip.
I called in a pizza order with an unusual request. They were so awesome and accommodating. Pizza was delicious and hot and ready when I got there. It was much appreciated.
The only issue I have with this location is that there is never enough pizza or sandwiches to supply the demand. This is the closest place to a huge ballfield to grab a quick sandwich when games are running late and the last three times I’ve ran in there was no pizza available and zero sandwiches/ wraps. And the workers behind the kitchen are busy talking instead of cooking.
We always get the pizzas they're reasonable they're good for the money that you spend for them we get them for my department at work not too far away they're done in a reasonable amount of time
