This place has been a huge disappointment since even before the pandemic, but it is 10x worse now. Don't even bother with the drive thru. I have waited in the Drive Thru for 15-20 with 1 car ahead of me. Often times now, you sit at the speaker to order for 5-10 minutes before they take your order.Sadly, I forgot how good Burger King can be. Stopped by the location at 75th and Metcalf and food and staff were AMAZING. Hot fries, fully cooked. Burgers actually have generous amounts of lettuce and condiments. Just highlighted how bad the cold, undercooked fries and skimpy toppings on the burgers at this Shawnee location are.
Good food, very lengthy drive through experience. I ordered 1 item and the first window claimed he did not know how to ring it up- so had to tell 2nd window staff I had to pay him and get food- I am honest, but I could have driven off with food and not paid since the 1st window staff was either poorly trained or was lazy( he seemed to be on his phone when I pulled up). It was an odd experience and took a long time. I tried to be patient but the 2nd window staff was frustrated with 1st window staff. I will not be back. Don't have time for this kind of inefficient experience. It was not 2nd window staff person's fault though.
Ordered June 12 around 8:10pm 2 for $5 a Fish sandwich which was hard and dried out which seemed to be left cooked for 2-3 hours and chicken sandwich wasn't much better. I would not eat at this location plus they are never busy this is the main reason why.
I wish I could say something nice but having multiple orders completely messed up is just wild. I hate to leave any negative review but this is just to have others avoid wasting time and money to not get what they pay for. Hope it gets better soon cause right now it’s not a good place to order from.
Just recently made a late night run to good ol’ Burger King! Arrived at the location and Victor (the manager) was incredibly helpful and pleasant with my entire order. I even asked if I could add an Oreo Milkshake and he refused to let me pay for it and went ahead and made it with a smile. He is a great example of customer service and going above and beyond! This is not service you see everyday in the fast food industry so I was very shocked and VERY appreciative!
Staff yippee at us about letting people into yhe restaurant. They said dining area was closed but there were half dozen people in there. There was no sign that the dining area was closed. Several other guests were letting people in, but I was the only guest who was singled out when my companion went to wash his hands. I was told to stop and the dining area was closed. If that was true then put a sign on the doors and don't take our orders.
Food was lukewarm. Nuggies tasted stale. The fries were good so that was nice. The coke machine was mostly carbonated water and not a good mix. Floor was sticky and the place had an unpleasant atmosphere.
Really Really Really slow..ordered chicken nuggets and jalapeño cheese bites..took 23 minutes...at least food was hot. Too slow every time I go there ..don't go there if you are in a hurry.
The lettuce was rotten & the food cold. The cashier serving us that day, however, was very welcoming & upbeat. Unfortunately, the manager's poor attitude & behavior made the experience uncomfortable.
This place is horrible. I have ordered on the app 4 times now. I even wait 25 to 30 minutes before showing up. When I get there it's not ready. They haven't even started making the order. This is a shame it's a pretty new building. All 4 times I only ordered 1 whopper with cheese.
