Not a big fan of this new trend of the staff just tells you your meal was $xxx, rather than presenting a bill. After dining here and tipping off of the total our server verbally told me, the next day it occurred to me that my bill probably had a mandatory gratuity due to the size of our party.The beer selection is great. The food is decent. The service was fine with the exception of the billing process.
This was the second time I have been horribly disappointed by this place. The first time we were there, we checked in and waited 30 minutes for a table when they told us it would be 10-15 minutes. After we checked in again they had lost the napkin that they wrote our information on. It took them another 15 minutes to seat us. Then we sat at the table for almost another 40 minutes waiting on someone to greet us without any water. Once someone did come to the table, the service was decent and so was the food. It was a busy night so my boyfriend and I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided we were going to try going again a month or so later. We walked in the door and stood at the host stand for 15 minutes with not one person coming up to take any of our information or even an employee stopping to say hello. In fact, several servers avoided eye contact with us. There were several open tables and a few employees standing next to the bar just chatting. We left and went to the restaurant next door and had a wonderful meal with kind servers who actually want to make money.As someone who has worked in food service, I understand that mistakes and busy nights happen. But this is obviously just a poorly run restaurant with people who don’t care.
We decided to go there for our Mother's day celebration. We had Amanda for our waitress. She said she's only been wity the restaurant for three weeks. She was on point. We had seven people in our party and waters were always full. She was on top of our cocktails and beers. She checked on us several times making sure we were good with our food and drinks. Our food was delicious. She went above and beyond making sure everything was great. Thank you for a great Mother's day dinner.
Saw this place and decided to stop in for a drink. Nice place. Good atmosphere.
Good spot if you like sports bars. Friendly bartenders, good food, lots of tvs. They could use more comfortable seating but I’m old and picky.
Came here from Colorado to meet some friends for dinner. My son and I got to the restaurant early and had a good experience at the bar. When our friends arrived it took over 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive even though the place was not busy. I asked the waitress what was taking so long and got the stink eye. We ordered poutine and artichoke dip for appetizers. The artichoke dip was good but the poutine was cold. Not lukewarm, cold. Flavors were good but it was barely edible. Some of the french fries on the poutine were barely thawed out. For main courses we ordered, keto bowls, house salad with steak and beef short ribs. Every dish was cold. Spent $250 for 4 people and the food was cold and barely edible. Only redeeming factor was good cold beer.
Ordered the spinach dip appetizer which was really tasty! As for my entree, I ordered the salmon pasta. The salmon was delicious but the pasta was really bland. Service was good. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable.
The food is REALLY good. Serving sizes are just right. I ordered delivery. My food was still warm and they remembered to add utensils without my asking. Their delivery driver was very personable and efficient. Very happy with my decision to order from here.
This place is still good. Been coming here for years. They just changed their menu and man prices are high. They removed some of the best items. 110+ with tip for two adults, two kids. That included two adult drinks. I know things are tough but it seemed crazy. We won’t be back for a while.
The best BLT ever! Oh, and the sweet potato fries. Yummy! Drank a big flight of delicious beer. Had a great waitress. No complaints here! Been coming to this restaurant for so long...
