I WENT TO ARBY'S IN NORTH KANSAS CITY. I'M ORDERED TWO SANDWICHES IT LUNCH TIME,WELL THEY SERVED ME THE MEAT WAS OLD AND ALL DRIED UP AND IT WAS OLD MEAT AS IF IT WAS COOKED THE DAY BEFORE.SO I WENT BACK AND GOT MY REFUND THAT WAS APOLOGIES GIVEN BECAUSE THEY KNEW THAT THAT MEAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN PUT IN THE TRASH ?️?️?️.I USE TO LIKE THEIR FOOD BUT AFTER THAT DAY I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK SO YES THEY HAVE LOST A LONG LIFE CUSTOMER.THANK YOU MRS.DEBRA GRADNEY.

Normally, I'm not one to give 5 stars to fast food. It's not fine dining, it's not even that good, but there are exceptions.This place is newly renovated, clean, and the employees are fast. I ordered, I paid, and as I was turning around to fill my drink at the fountain, I spun right back around to grab my family's food. That fast. That speed gives them 5 stars.

The product is typical Arby's but the service or lack of is offensive. If this business wasn't located on a major highway, it would most likely be closed!
Can’t go wrong with a classic beef & cheddar. Seemed like they were a little understaffed took about 10-15 minutes to get my food.

Just had the best reuben and curly fries at this Arby's. The huge sandwich was a perfectly proportioned blend of tender corned beef and delicous sauerkraut and dressing on two tender-fresh slices of marble rye. The curly fries were cooked to perfection, just crispy enough, and plenty of them! Thank you for the best meal we've had in a long time.
We got the 2 for 6 deal. 2 roast beef sandwiches for $6. Very tasty with some Arby's sauce. Love the crinkle cut fries too
I love Arby's! Minor complaint, my last 3 orders of mozzarella sticks came with no marinara.
