I don't know why everyone likes this place. Their ice cream is horrible.
I've ordered a jackhammer multiple times at multiple locations. At other locations, the 2nd topping goes all the way down the center. Multiple times, this location has only put the second topping on the top. kind of defeats the purpose of a jackhammer if you don't do it correctly. oh, and the bottom 1/3 of my custard was completely vanilla (no toppings whatsoever!)
Be prepared to wait in line. The place is always packed. We love Andy’s though, so once the custard comes out, all is forgiven.
Good spot. Walk up is more efficient than drive thru.
I got the boot daddy it was wonderful, custard was smooth no bits of ice, mix-in were blended evenly through out.

This is the first time I have been extremely disappointed with both service and product at this location. My large pumpkin pie concrete had a 1 inch x 2 inch piece of crust in it and vanilla custard. I was really looking forward to the actual pie slice. So very disappointing. The 2 gentlemen that helped me didn't even ask if I needed my concretes in a bag or if they needed lids, and they acted like it was an inconvenience when I asked for both. Again, this is the WORST service I have ever received from here! Had this been a first visit, I wouldn't return.
The line is always out onto the street for good reason. Amazing custard and friendly staff. The workers do a great job of keeping the line moving as we are never waiting a long time. Top tier!

Some of the best in town, service is very good. I usually go to the Andy's in Liberty cause it's closer to my home. The wife was having a bad day and I decided to take her on the spur or the moment. Her whole mood changed as we arrived. Definitely worth the detour we took to visit. Very good service very good custards
