Not impressed!! Ordered food didn't get the small strawberry frosty which was why I went there to get. Went back to tell them and he said to proceed to 2nd window. Had to wait behind 3 cars to get there and then he said the person taking the order didn't charge me for the frosty and I would have to pay for it but by that time all the food I had already received was COLD. I'm ashamed but I told him to [email protected]$%^ off and drove away. So my experience at your restaurant today was cold food and without the frosty that was what I really wanted in the first place!. And of course was given no receipt to prove what I ordered and paid for. Probably won't be back soon if ever!
Food was over cooked fries had to much salt. I will not be coming back the bacon is so over cooked it’s burnt taste nasty. I wouldnt even it give it one star. Need to close the place until they get better employees.
Food was hot, delicious and prepared exactly as requested. Staff were professional and pleasant.
Great French Fries and Ice tea is really good!! You can’t go wrong with a frosty!!
This Wendy's is a great place to stop and get a bite to eat before grocery shopping.
My wife and I love this place for a great tasting quick meal while on the go. Although we hate their app that advertises coupons but doesn't work. ?
Not easiest location to get to, and almost incognito as there isn't a visible sign overhead. Crew was very nice. I ordered a burger with extra onions and, when it was delivered, was told that if there weren't enough, they'd add more. When I told them to, "go for it!" they grabbed it off the tray and added even more. That little double stack was delicious!
The Fish Sandwich Combo for Lent was very good. The service was excellent. Very clean. The young employees were cleaning between customers. Everybody was taking care of business! We will return to the Wendy’s by Ohio Street.
Was not pleased. Went through the drive through and paid which was fine, then the red head working told us we were good and I looked up and she have me a snotty face that I did not appreciate. Then when we got our food they forgot our condiments and when I checked the food my chicken sandwich was completely raw. I almost threw up looking at it. I called 2 different times to let them know how I wad feeling and I got no answer each time. This is why I don’t eat at Wendy’s.
No ice, no napkins, wrong food order, didn’t spell my name right, dropped food on self gave me a paper towel. Horrible experience. # Karen #always live laugh love -WAP?
