9:45 PM ordered two cheeseburgers. Drove 4 minutes home. Cheese cold like just from the fridge cold. No where close to being melted because the hamburger was room temperature. Sad. So I paid for 2 burgers and got 2 slices of cold cheese with basically cold hamburger on bread. Thanks Wendy's.
I’ve not been able to get an order from there that was correct. Sometimes food was fresh, usually tho it was nasty. Go to Wendy’s on Riffel Drive for a good meal!! Stay away from this Wendy’s!!☠️☠️☠️
Food was cold nuggets were hard had to check bags before we left. Window person made me feel like she doesn't like her job.
Huge line, finally ordered vanilla frosty's(best icecream around), she says we don't have vanilla, ok I'll settle for strawberry. Get to pay window guy says sorry we don't have strawberry. So, I said ok and stuck my hand out for my card and he just looked at me. Not sure what else I was to do with that information but he said, "your not gonna pay" . Now why would I pay for something they don't have.Changing their name from WENDY'S to the OUTHOUSE cuz they're always out of Frosty's!
My go to Wendy’s. Salina has 2 locations but this is THEE Salina spot always fresh . The other wendys is trash
Worst Wendy’s in town. It’s 11:49am and they won’t even unlock the doors on time and let anyone inside. I only have a 30 minute lunch and the drive through is packed. Doors should always be open by 11 every day. They are super lazy and never get orders right and now they can’t even unlock the doors because they don’t want to.
Always super slow; Gave me a broken drink carrier, so my drinks kept almost spilling all over my passenger seat...fries tasted old...not impressed
They got our order wrong twice. The first time they served me mustard on my burger, that I am allergic to (mustard), even though this was specifically not a part of my order. They remade the burger and still got it wrong. Food was room temp at best. I probably won't eat at this location again.
Got our drive thru order all wrong replaced the order again I even wrote it down on paper manager was there I even spoke with her before I came to pick up still got our order wrong and food was cold frys were gross
Fries were hot but the chicken nuggets were a disappointment and lukewarm. My stomach did not like something from that meal.
