not to be mean but this looks like some generic a$$ off brand taco bell mexican food loltried it out found glass in my beans..
My first visit to the Grande I had the chicken and beef nachos, and on the second visit I had the Sancho. For fast Mexican food, it wasn't to bad. It's just like anything else, people are either going to like it or dislike it. I say give it a try and make your own assessment. I'll be going back to try the dinners they offer. If I feel like Mexican (which is every day, because I am?) The Grande will be good for something quick, so I don't have to cook. Thanks Grande.
Amazing place to go eat, The Customer Service was fantastic and the food tastes great. The Staff was Extremely Efficient and Fast when it came to getting my order out... and they were very friendly... the young boy with glasses who took my order was really polite and I will definitely be coming here every week
Sat in the drive thru for 37 freakin minutes for 3 soft tacos!! Punk that handed me order didn’t bother to apologize for the wait or even say thank you. Pulled up to check the order & had to park & go in because they forgot the sauce. If I could leave zero stars I would. Sure hope they get their $hit together.
Idk why I even thought less of a disappointment then I got. Menu says for kids meals, comes with a Dessert item. My kids got one taco and packet of fruit snacks for 3.39$ plus tax. Huge turn off. A Sancho burrito is 4.99$ plus tax, for the size of a small tortilla. I asked for hot sauce and regular sauce in the bag, and I got no sauce, or even napkins, AT LUNCH time. Taco bell Is located across the street, we could have gotten better quality food, and more food to fill my 7 year old and 6 year old up. Tortilla aslo was poor and tasted like it was sitting in my cabinet for 3+ months.
We were very excited that this location finally opened! So excited, that we forgot to take photos of our food, but it was delicious! The Sancho and tacos were fresh, hot, and perfect!
I think the decor is fab?.... But the food not so much. The hot or mild sauce was like watered down tomato sauce. All was mediocre to say the least. I think the cinnamon crisps only thing I really did like besides the helpful smiling staff. Just not impressed. ?
I didn’t even take pictures. I got a taco salad and it was all lettuce, the shell wasn’t cooked well and I had 2 baby spoons of beans buried in the lettuce. My friend is vegan and asked what was on his, they didn’t say cheese but put it on his.I am giving 4 stars for cleanliness.
Got beef and cheesenachos! There was maybe a tablespoon of ground beef and the rest was chips and cheese! Ask for hot sauceand got none! Took 15 minutes to get my order with no one else in line! I was one of those people who couldn't wait this place to opened!
Equivalent of a .50 cent frozen burrito you microwave at home but a little bigger. Beans are grey, rice was dry and unpleasant tasting. Ground beef pulverized to size of a grain of sand. Didn’t finish, the rest is going to the dog.I love trying new places and sadly I wish I didn’t try this place. The quality of food is just too low to go back. You’re much better off at Taco Bell.
