My wife and I stayed here 19-20 April 2021 only to wake up to 6" of powdery snow covering our car and all the others in the parking lot. When I checked with the Front desk for advice, Vicki immediately offered her own snow brush to allow me to clean off our car before heading south. In fact, I was able to use a hotel broom to excellent effect, a skill I learned as a youngster growing up in NY. A huge thank you to Vicki and the other young lady at Reception, we were able to stay on our tight schedule and get to Longview, TX, in plenty of time for some much needed sun and poolside relaxation. AAA rates this hotel "Best Sanitation Practices" for covid, a key feature in our choice. We'll be back!

Perfect for our stay very comfortable room. Great staff at front desk very helpful. Comfortable room and bed. Nice amenities in the room. Close to plenty of eating places and interstate. Very clean. Quiet room no noise from the outside did hear a baby next door but not a problem. Good wifi.

Out of all my hotel experiences, this stay was by far the best experience. Services were 10/10 and Vanessa provided over the top assistance when we need it. You won’t be making a mistake staying at this hotel!

Nice clean comfortable room. The staff is very friendly! Close to plenty of dining! Facilities include a fitness center with two treadmills, and some other cardio device. They also have a bench and free weights. Free internet, too! The only downfall is the doors slam, and no one really thinks about holding the doors so they don't SLAM!

Welcome respite in a safe area of town. Employees were courteous, helpful & took all precautions (social distancing). Room was fresh without smelling of chemicals. Seemed new with high-quality appointments—handy closet & table. Bed very comfy! Loved the immediate hot water & effective bathroom fan; no extra sink or night light though. Daily, a couple of free newspapers. Walls were somewhat thin.

I generally stay at the Courtyard when I am in Munich. This restaurant.bar straddles the Courtyard and the Residence Inn and really seems to be an afterthought for management. The food is ok, but overpriced. The service is friendly but unreliable, There are too many other places within a short walk to "settle" on this place.

The lady at the bistro is a complete waste of a waitress and bartender I think her name was jinny she screw up every thing and was completely rude like it was are fault we just went in for a good time will never happen again

Being a hotel bar, it doesn't seem to be under pressure to do particularly well. When I showed up at the hotel I found the check-in desk deserted and had to search around in the bar for staff, eventually finding someone that could check me in. I returned to the bar that evening for a drink, finding it deserted of staff again, having to enquire at the check-in desk if it was actually open. Eventually I managed to get a beer. Based on that service for the first night, I decided against eating there - I ate out instead. On the night I returned for a final drink I found a similar experience; it was often deserted behind the servary and when staff eventually showed up, the barman spent more time fiddling with the till whilst people queued for drinks. I found it quicker to walk out of the hotel and onto the next bar to get served. It really feels understaffed, or they're not really interested in turning a profit.

Friendly service good food and convenient if your in the hotel!
