We enjoy eating at this Taco John's, their food has always been excellent.
Restaurant was clean inside, and the service was fast and friendly. Food was hot and made well. The condiment bar was all packets, but that’s getting pretty normal any more. No problems here!
The cashier girl was very friendly and helpful. She made the dining experience pleasant and enjoyable. Food wasn't bad considering that it was late night

The person in drive thru, was NOT very nice at all. I had to wait 12 minutes for my order, she should have let me know there's going to be a little wait. Then just handed me my order without saying thank you and come again.
Ordered an all beef super burrito today and it was perfect. Pretty fast service and friendly staff. Definitely will return!
Probably one of my favorite fast food tacos. But hard to enjoy them with minot filling inside. And not very filling with nothing in them. If I wanted a taco shell I would order a taco shell with nothing in it. They have lost my business more then one time because of this. So if they think they are making more money by putting less product in they are wrong. Because you make no money from me when I go elsewhere because I don't want to get cheated.
I come here at least 3-4 times a week because I work nearby. Every single time I go through the drive through I always get excellent customer service and food quality. The employees are always very friendly and the food is prepared exactly as I expect. It’s so common to go though a fast food drive through these days such as McDonald’s and employees don’t even say a word and just hand you your food. I occasionally drive all the way across town if I’m at home just to order from this Taco John’s. Words cannot express how nice it is to actually have good customer service and feel like an actual customer instead of just another food order. Not to mention they’re always super fast and I can get though the line in no time even if they’re busy. Please recognize all of your hard working employees for the great customer service they give, they will definitely continue to get my business and I will continue to refer people to you guys. Fast service! Went at noon and was through the drive thru in no time! Order was correct too! Loved how friendly the staff were too!
Had 1 food item missing from order, was basically called a lier was humiliated. Then after emailing Taco Johns the manager tells the staff that my daughter is now banned because we tried to contact him with no success then Email main office on hiw we were treated. Really all this over a beef and potato burrito!? So if you don't check your tray at counter your a lier and a thief. Who treats customers like this? Very dissapointed in Salina Taco Johns store. The rudeness is uncalled for. It's too bad as my family will never waste our time at that establishment again. SHAME ON THEM ACCEPTING THIS KIND OF COSTUMER SERVICE.
