Drive through line was lengthy, and am not much for lines anyway, so went inside to sit down. Wait time was lengthy but food was good once it arrived. Not a quick fix but a good meal. More help needed, a normal situation right now

Burrito skin was crunchy and there was a mysterious black substance on it. coffee = disgusting, I could've made it better at home.
My chalupa shells tasted like they were seven days old: hard, stale and crunchy. I called the restaurant, but the call just ended after ringing multiple times. Very unsatisfied.
I have not ate at Taco Bell for a long time. They were not busy, staff standing around talking and laughing. My order was wrong, and my grilled chicken ranch burrito was ice cold. They refused to do anything about it. I was told they had no microwave or anyway to warm it. I would NOT recommend this resturant.
Employees are often rude and openly mock customers over genuine concern of incorrect food due to diet. Do better.
They nailed it tonight. We needed something quick and they did just that and the food was very tasty with an abundance of toppings.
I don’t understand the reason for their inconsistency in preparing an order. Today, I got a sausage crunch wrap minus the sausage and egg. What’s up with that???
Pulled up to the window at 11:32pm behind one car. Car in front of us ordered food. Seconds later we pulled up and were told the store was closed. We saw an employee and went to ask them if they were still open and they hid behind the door when they saw us..
Taco Bell is always great for lunch or supper there now serving breakfast three clean restrooms very clean dining room very friendly
