One person working. Drive thru open and lobby. Poor guy working both and online ordering. Even though I had been waiting 10 minutes with out ordering. He started a online order. Whose managing this place. Very sad.
This subway is awful. They are constantly out of food. Today they are out of ham, turkey and roast beef. Last time I was here they only had wheat bread. The hours they are open are always changing as well. Why are they even open anymore??
We come to this subway often because it's close to our house and we are big sandwich people. For many years we have been disappointed by this location. Staff isn't nice, orders are wrong, no one is there... name it and it's been a problem. Today my daughter and I visited expecting the same old issues and got the opposite. Smiling faces, fast help and order done right! I'm so glad to see things are getting better. Be back soon!
Went there for Lunch, After the couple in front of me had there sandwich's made. The owner proceeded to make more sandwich's and more but not taking my order , I was first in line. Stood there for 5 minute's before I left. This show's how much her customer's really mean to HER. I will not visit THIS Subway ever again.
Subway in Salina is a predictable stop when we travel from NE to TX. predictable yet good basic food and a clean venue. Easy access from the Interstate and a nearby gas stop make an easy pitstop for us.
Another disappointing trip to Subway. Not busy at all and managed to mangle my online order. I'm not sure what the deal is with the 9th street location, but it sure has gone down hill.
TERRIBLE customer service to my wife who was trying to get me and herself a couple of footlongs... And equally bad service to the family of four before my wife... They ended up both walked out because the crew just did'nt seem to care about serving the customers at hand. They were more concerned about "pretending to clean up before serving us" but took so long that the family of four and my wife just ended up walking out and going to the Spangles next door...where we got faster and better service...NEVER GO TO THIS SUBWAY!!! THE KIDS THAT WORK HERE JUST DON'T CARE!!!

Best subway in Salina... Best cookies in all of Salina folks...
Our food was great as usual. The service was surprisingly slow. Even the drive thru people were coming inside to ask about their order.
