The employee's were great until I got to the cashier. They charged me for 2 drink and then said that they didn't even though it was showing on my receipt .Food was good.
Did curbside and waited in the car for 15 minutes. They never brought our food out. Finally went inside to check on the food. Turns out it was sitting in the warmer ? They weren't even busy

Sandwiches were just ok..on my meatball sub one of meatballs was unedible though...definitely not as good as they used to be
We went to the store on 9th st first. The young man behind the counter was busy with a drive-thru order and had 3 female employees behind him chatting away. 2 of the 3 female employees looked at me several times, saw that the male employee was busy and NOT one of them stopped what they were doing to tend to my order let alone cash out the customer at the drive-thru window. When the third female employee came to the front it was the same, all three looked at me several times and continued to ignore the fact that I was standing there let alone didn't help the male employee when he asked for help. I will never go back to this Subway willing knowing I will probably be ignored again by the female employees.The Subway off of Crawford and I-70 was better, however the storm knocked out their system and were taking cash only and we had gift cards as payment.We were finally able to order food and utilize the gift cards at the Subway store off of Crawford and Ohio.If hungry for Subway I would receive going to either store on Crawford.
Could have been better so I would say it was fair... did not realize 2 footlong American club sandwich would cost $22.70

If I could I’d give negative stars or no stars at all.. I ordered a turkey footlong from this location via door dash. When it arrived I unwrapped it and to my HORROR there was a BUG LEG ?? stuck to the bottom of my bread……. Appetite gone. Absolutely disgusting. I tried calling this store several times to inform them and EACH TIME they answered and immediately hung up on me… NEVER will I EVER eat Subway again ?
