I love my local Starbucks ~ Salted caramel cold brew (yes, of course I go for the extra salted caramel sweet old foam and caramel drizzle). So yummy and amazing!!
I ordered a venti pink drink. I watched them make it. They added the ingredients to the cup, put in the ice and shook it up. When they dumped it into the serving cup all the ice goes in, they fill it up with drink and then pour part of my drink out. I paid for all the drink, not all the ice. Next time please hold the ice back until you've poured all the drink in my cup and then fill it up with ice.
I was traveling through Kansas and stopped in. I went in for a cup of regular coffee. I had rewards and unsure of how to set it up. The lady behind the counter helped me from start to finish. Plus, the coffee was not as it had been imagined, I returned to update it a bit. Everyone behind the counter was courteous to me, especially since I have never ordered this coffee for someone else. I would highly recommend this Starbucks.
If you need the drive thru prepare for a 30 min conversation at the speaker so they can slow down the orders. They give more time to mobile orders and less to the customer standing in front of them.
I wish the staff knew the basics of what goes in their food. I've got some food allergies and wanted to know if high fructose corn syrup was used in a coffee drink. I just kind of got a shrug. I looked online later and Starbucks makes it a point that they don't use HFCS in any of their drinks.
Okay drink, but 1/4 of it was foam. When I asked for no foam. But still tasted good
We are regulars at Starbucks at this location, overall was good experience, I always order iced shaken espresso there, recently been there twice for same drink, first time was a young lady made espresso tasted like latte I walk out with that drink say nothing the following week was a young guy making the espresso then I got latte flavor like espresso then asking remake another one. That’s really busy place I understand but the quality of the drink should be the priority. I M just feel this thing not supposed happen at Starbucks. Should let the manager knows this. So we switched to target or Dillion location
Love the pink drink. Saw this cute cold cup and was wanting to get but they wouldn’t let me have it because we didn’t have the app. They let my friend who also didn’t have the app keep hers for free. I was even willing to pay for the cup. ????
Quick, they get the line moving, friendly staff and drinks taste great!
The staff was very nice, even had me laughing almost the whole time. And the coffee was made perfectly. ??
