I stopped in today and got a cheeseburger to go and when I got back on the road home I opened the wrapper and I had a very smashed bun and the cheese was hard around the edges and black stuff on the back of bottom bun. you could tell that it was a very old burger and microwaved..fries were great. I have been in food service for 50 years and I know that I will not go back.
I saw the commercial for the Turtle Slide with Snickers. So we went throthe drive-thru to get one. I got a medium Turtle Slide with Snickers and Vi got a medium Strawberry Sundae. I saw how big the medicine was that I thought I could save some of it for later. It was so good and decadent that I ate the entire thing.
I've been here a few times now, and their milkshakes and burgers are to die for. For the cost of less than a big Mac you can get some serious quality grub here! I look forward to many more visits!
We ordered the cheese burger and sourdough burger. Both cooked perfectly. They also serve cocktails which is pretty awesome. Off the beaten path but totally worth it.
Food is ALWAYS hot and fresh. Its a pretty clean restaurant. Staff is always nice and friendly. The hambyrger tastes fresh not previously frozen. The fries are good and u get a generous portion rather its small, medium or large. I feel its reasonably priced for the quality and quantity of food you get. The shakes are awesome also. I would recommend anyone who's wanting a taste of fresh burgers and fries to try them out!! ? ❤ And also for those responsible drivers they have alcoholic drinks available.
Service with a smile! Great burgers and fries! The sourdough Philly is also very good! Every time we drive through Salina, we stop for a quick lunch.. typical busy fast food place so the bathrooms aren’t spic n span and that’s the only reason for a 4
Excellent food! You must try the fry seasoning. The beef is amazing. The chicken is amazing and also, in my opinion, the breakfast menu blows Wendy's out of the water!
Love spangles but my sandwich was a disappointment. Tried the philly cheesesteak sandwich and after 3 bites, I stopped. It had lots of sinew and fat in it. Bleh. I will stick to my usual burger next time. Loved my garlic parmesan fries though!! And the staff was soooo friendly!!!!!
