Sat for 10 min at the speaker with no answer while the entire line ahead of me cleared out. Yelled...no answer. Then the girl at the window kept looking out at me then back at the kitchen. So I just pulled away. Total service FAIL.

Great job for being understaffed. I use the app a lot and they are very prompt. Maybe teach new hires how to be a little more peppy/outgoing . They do good job. Just a little flat
Sonic, you could do alot better at cleaning your cups before handing them to me. Not everyone loves ice cream and soda mixture on their hands or in their cup holders. Yall are becoming a repeated offender on this. Get it together!

Love the diet strawberry lime ade until today...they screwed it up tasted terrible no strawberry flavor
Went to get ice cream slushes and repeated my order three times to make sure it was correct and they ended up getting every single drink wrong. Oh and apparently they don’t do split pay all of the sudden. Went there a week ago and paid half with card and the rest with cash with no issue. Tried doing that today because I was 5 cents short on my card and now I guess they CANT do that at all. My order was pretty simple and they read it back correctly but I STILL got the wrong drinks ?♀️ And this is not the first time they’ve gotten my entire order wrong. And the carhop was pretty rude and impatient like we were inconveniencing her. Quite a irritating experience. Won’t be going back to that sonic again. Hopefully the other in town will do better.
Never have to wait long to get my food. Have always had good service. I love this place.
Just found their pretzel sticks, oh no- there goes my diet! Summer's coming and I'm already in to their orange creams!! Always nice, quick service and great food.
