My husband and I went here this last Saturday for our anniversary. I have to say that I am very impressed for the service that we received. We were seated quickly and promptly. The waiter Randall (I think was his name) was excellent. He had very good customer service skills. That is so hard to come by these days. The food was magnificent. We enjoyed every part of our experience at this establishment. Way to go Red Lobster keep up the good work. If you have not stopped by and tried them out YOU ARE MISSING OUT!

Have not been to a Red Lobster in a decade. Was pleasantly surprised. Food was way better then expected. Missy our waitress was outstanding. She was attentive but not intrusive. She paced our courses to perfection.

The food is always been pretty good when we go. The only issue that I've ever run into was when we requested to be moved to a different table due to the lack of air circulation. This particular Red Lobster has a few tables that are in a dead zone so it gets very warm. This is great during the winter but not as appealing during the summer. When asked if we can move to a different table the current hostess at the time showed visible annoyance with the request. Other than that every waiter or waitress I've ever had there has been exceptional and I will continue to go back.

The food was great! But the service was terrible! Asked 4 times before we got any Cheddar biscuits. Twice for drink refill, and twice for butter for lobster. They were not busy so no excuse!

Great place here in salina! Great service and there is always fresh biscuits on the table, Great waiters!

I got a meal for 33.00. The lobster tail was kind of gross. Three out of the four that ordered lobster did not eat more then half. The crab was good and the scampi was very good. Wait was doable at 30 minutes but made no sense to me as half the resteraunt was empty and they were only seating people in a small area. Too expensive for mediocre food. Our waitress was really nice though.

I had not been to the Salina Red Lobster. this was my first-time visit. my husband and I were visiting at lunchtime on Sunday. It wasn't a busy time ( we went there around 1 PM).The server was polite and good at taking care of us. We ordered mozzarella cheese sticks for an appetizer. The biscuits were one of their services. Both are so scrumptious. The fish and chips were good mounts and had good taste. My lobster and fishes were also good. Inside the restaurant was so clean and comfortable. They had nice comfy chairs and dining tables. Also, all over the table was clean. I recommend this Red Lobster at Salina.

Delish biscuits. Addictive to say the least. Meal was mouth watering and definitely pleasing to the eye as well. Tried the Bahama Mama.. was good, just awful thick. Well it lasted my entire meal. Yummy yummy yummy... All the way around. Waitress was cheery , sweet and most helpful. Look forward to coming back again

We dined there tonight (Saturday, February 26. 2022). We came in at approximately 5:00pm and had a very short wait for our table.Our waiter was Matthew and we could not have asked for a more decent, intelligent, professional, understanding & cordial waiter. Red Lobster should thank Matthew for his skill and talent in serving customers.We really didn't know what we wanted when we got there and Matthew took the time and was patient and helped us make our choices. In taking the time to explain and offer suggestions, it helped us decide on what it was that we really wanted. He was a very kind individual.He made sure that we had all the little extras that we asked for and if something was not as it should be coming out of the kitchen, he took it back and brought back BETTER! Very pleased with his efforts and expertise.Also, another waiter that helped us when Matthew got tied up in the kitchen was Randy. Very kind, professional, helpful and understanding.Red Lobster needs to take the time and thank these two gentlemen for their dedication and service. It is because of these two gentlemen that our experience was as wonderful as it was. It has been years since we have eaten at a Red Lobster and aside from the priciness of the food, both Matthew and Randy made things very enjoyable.It is because of these two wonderful employees that we would be likely to return to this Red Lobster in the future. Matthew and Randy should be the models for all new employees.

Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend dining at Red Lobster in Salina. When we walked in it took 10 minutes before anyone even saw us to take our name. After we got seated it took 30 minutes to get our food, and all we ordered were 2 bacon cheeseburgers. I had to ask 3 times for honey mustard with my meal, as well as a refill of water, and by the end of the meal I still didn't get what I asked for. The restaurant was basically empty, so I'm not sure why the service was so slow. I'll give them the benefit of saying it's due to short staffing, due to the level of service I can see why the restaurant was almost completely void of customers.The food was good, which is the only reason I'm giving 3 stars. Save your money.
