Paid on app only to find store closed with no notes on door or drive thru. Now I'm out money until the app refunds it. They're ALWAYS out of everything. Staff is always miserable. Save yourself the headache and go to the north 9th one
Very disappointed! I live outside of town and on a schedule when running errands. We were close to Popeyes at 11am and since my wife and I hadn't had breakfast we decided to do brunch here. The Lobby being closed because of the lack of employees. We went to the drive thru. After waiting for about 5 minutes a lady came from inside to our car and let us know that they did not have any food ready at this time. Ummm, don't posted times mean anything anymore?Well, Needless to say we left and went elsewhere. Won't be back here for awhile. I'm concerned that with the terrible management at this restaurant the business won't last much longer. In this case I hope I'm wrong. Miss my Popeyes chicken.
Waited 20 minutes in drive thru waiting for an order that I placed ahead of time and didn't even have my order right. Staff is rude and doesn't seem to know what they're doing
I love Popeyes chicken. I take issue with this location. The drive through sign has been broken for years. I don't remember the last time I ordered from someone who seemed like they were happy with their job or even just faking it to be kind to customers. This makes me upset because we were so excited to get this location as a stand-alone Popeyes in Salina. This location has only continued to go downhill soncenit opened and I'm afraid there is little food to say about it now.
Probably one of the worst Popeyes in Kansas. The food is never correct and the wait time feels like forever. Only 2 stars due to the food you do get is decent.
They did not inform me that it was going to be a bit of a wait at the window in the drive thru. Left us sitting there for several minutes while my son and I joked, "this ish better be good for this Damn wait". But when I took my first bite of my chicken sandwich I realized it was because it was FRESH. So any animosity I had left my body as I enjoyed the heck out of that sandwich. My son had a 3 piece that was just as fresh. They were out of gravy for his mashed potatoes, but there were no complaints about any of our food. Great job! Would definitely go again.
This place is definitely still open for business. But heaven forbid you get off work at 8:30 and drive to their establishment for supper. They say they close at 10, but they let us sit at the board for a good 20 minutes then proceeded to tell us they could close because they didn’t have business. Then when they finally took our order they kept telling us they were out of everything. We asked for strawberry Fanta was told that itDidn’t work. My husband said it’s right there, the kid then proceed to say we already tore it down and I’m not cleaning it again, called management about it, Jennifer didn’t care or offer to make it right
Never is there a open sign on. Lobby is dark. Don't look open but states open until 10pm. Everything I order they just happen to be out of!? With no sign posted the drive-thru menu or do not state it when answering head set! Sounds like they don't want any customers.
Worst popeyes I have ever ate at. Ordering pathetic because gal could not be heard. Ordered spicy got blan dry old not spicy. This popeyes is an embarrassment to ALL other popeyes. Obvious lack of pride.
Waited over 30 minutes in drive thru for my order. Went inside to see what was taking so long. The place was chaotic, manager was rude and the guy frying the chicken had his jeans down to his knees. The health department really needs to make a visit to this location.
