We usually go to the ones in Wichita and have no problems. We went to the one in Salina tonight and the manager, not sure who she was, had her shirt unbuttoned so much her junk was practically out and asked another coworker to pass her that "reg" meaning drugs. We tried the drive thru only to find they blocked it off with traffic cones. There was no warning which set us back a little more. Inside there was a spot on floor with water and no sign as well as the trash was overflowing completely. We ordered two 5 pieces because their prices was higher than Wichita and they were both supposed to be spicy with no wings. There was a lot of flavor and it was fresh. But it was NOT spicy. So not very pleased with this location.
1. Gross2. Took forever to order for as well as getting it.3. No gloves were wore.4 messed up on multiple orders.
This place ranks as one of the slowest "fast food" experience I have ever experienced. I have experienced this at this location before. So, I knew what I was getting into. But, being a little road weary and with few options in this specific area, we chose this option. The food was good but the wait time is nearly unbearable.
Food was decent although prices went up but chicken got considerably smaller. Girl working today at 3:30 was back there cursing at other employees dropping the F bomb at them while small children were at the counter. I’m guessing she was a manager but if I’m working there I’d punch her in her face acting like that. Very rude and nasty. She needs to be retrained or fired. My opinion anyway.
I ordered from this restaurant and i was treated nicely except for the fact they forgot my chicken tenders, an 8 Piece meal at $19.99, and to put a sweeEeeEet tea in my order; the receipt and order was wrong from what I asked for.
So… slow! A sandwich and some nuggets took nearly 15 minutes. Employees were moving like turtles.
Staff was yelling at eachother about how they serve undercooked chicken while the lobby was full of customers.Then; we got our food; and the chicken was definitely not done. Would give 0 stars if I could.Don’t go here unless you want salmonella.
Ordered three thighs and didnt matter if they were mild or spicy today from here. Some would say a simple request and shouldn't require checking the box to ensure that task was handled. Welp with only 3 people ordering food they didn't get it right at all. A wing, a breast, and I'm not sure what the third piece is but maybe a thigh. I will say that thigh came from a handicapped chicken if so cause its not normal and yes I'm including a pic. Given what it costs for food and what they are now getting paid to serve said food how is it still messed up? Check your bags. Before leaving this place for sure.
Food was ready fast (order on the app!) and it was fresh and had extra sauce and napkins. Perfect service! Clean inside and plenty of tables. They even have outlets with USB at each table if you need a charge up. Great location.
Came all the way out here because other location tells me they are out of everything I tried to order. I order, get to window & pay. As I'm waiting kids see cookies. I ask if I can buy some as he hands me my food. He goes and grabs 3, says don't worry about it. Great customer services.
