If you have to stop and eat or use the restroom because you're on the road, it will do in a pinch. But the employees here are extremely rude. And my husband's burger had a giant black char mark across the bun. We were ignored while trying to ask for our drinks and were snapped at while being handed our food. If you can drive a little further, do it.
Staying at hotel within walking distance, went over twice to find their lobby closed mid day. Very inconvenient.
This is the worst McDonald's in Salina. Manager refused to correct a mistake in ringing up our order. I guess if you're counting on the interstate traffic and never expect to see the customer again that's fine but I get the same thing every morning there. Being a regular customer means nothing here.
First of the Manager was very rude. He yelled at his employees while I was waiting for food. Hot Coffee was given Cold and ice cream was already melted before given to me. Go anywhere except here if you need to use restroom or get food very dirty and disrespectful.
Worst drive thru service I’ve ever seen at a McDonald’s! Only had 2 cars in front of me and it took 15 minutes to get to the ordering speaker. Once I got there they said I’ll be with you in a minute, 15 minutes later I drove away without even ordering. They never came back to take my order and everyone behind me also drove away. I will never go back to this McDonald’s location, this wasn’t the first time I’ve had issues there.
Gal at the drive thru window at 515pm on april 3rd made me wait for 5 minutes before placing my order. She only took my order after I asked if they knew that they had me wait over 5 minutes to take my order. Then she lead me to believe it was normal to wait 5 minutes to place an order and that its normal at any drive thru to wait that long. Then without looking to see if my order was done instructed me to pull forward because there was going to be a wait. I told her is didn't care about her drive thru times especially with the way she treated me and that i would wait there. She argued with me and I told her no. Then she called her supervisor over and he grabbed my food and said "why are we waiting on it, its right here." She then tried to give me my food and keep my drink. Extremely rude employee.
I work at night and the employee Jayden is one outstanding worker he always makes sure the order is correct and if it comes out the wrong way he fixes it as soon as he can he is one very good employee at the drive thru
The lady came and yelled at my son. Apparently the lobby was closed but no sign on the door and no hours listed
Stopped here on February 18t. Staff was super friendly and professional. The facility was very clean. The double-cheeseburgers we had were the best we've EVER had at ANY McDonald's! Thanks for the great service!
Years ago, this use to be an excellent McDonalds. But now it's not good at all. I ordered a fish sandwich and fries. The fish sandwich was crunchy and cold. Fries were cold. Threw it away.
