Took my neice, staff very helpful. Food great. They were really helpful when she asked for refills.
Salina Kansas is very clean facility, warm welcome folks and there burgers are alot thicker than Nebraska!!

Ordered cheeses burger happy meal. Asked for regular fries and apple slices for the 2 sides. And the guy looked like manager told us we can only pick 1 side. We’ve bought happy meals like hundreds times in my life and this is a first. Very rude and disrespectful attitude
I went through the drive thru to get breakfast. I paid at the first window and went on to the second window. The "kid" that was working handed me my food and then told me to pull up and they would bring out my orange juice.WHAT? Why the hell am I waiting for orange juice? My wife called the restaurant and they said they would bring it out. THEY NEVER DID! So we get home and half the order is wrong and the hashbrowns were saturated with oil and inedible. This McDonald's absolutely sucks and it won't change anytime soon
We just went threw at 6:20am. Their apparently not morning people their. Crabby as hell. Wouldn't let us finish ordering without telling us our total and telling us to pull up. Not professional at all. Worst one I've ever been to! Then forgot stuff and gave us attitude. Keep driving to the next McDonald's this one isn't worth it.
I order a simple hamburger with ketchup only and they put pickles and cheese on it and my brother ordered a happy meal hamburger with ketchup only and the put mustard relish pickles and cheese on it
I don't know which McDonald's this was but went to the one on Broadway and Crawford and after waiting in line for at least 20 minutes I got to the window to pay for my breakfast and she couldn't find my order! She asked me to repeat my order 4 times and I finally just drove off. So I went to the one on Ohio and Crawford to order breakfast again and they forgot my hashbrowns so I had to go through the line again. Mind you I had not had my coffee yet!! I'm pretty much fed up with McDonald's right now. Not worth the effort!
I'm having the worst time there. Everytime I have talked to a manager. I have not gotten food, I've been charged the wrong thing at the first window even after the clerk said the right order. Then been talked to like I was stupid. After going through the drive through I was missing food. I was told today management is aware of the ongoing problem. Well this has been going on for months. We don't get to eat out often but when we do we mostly go there because of the kids. Come on mcds get it together.
Lots of people in the drive thruThere was a truck with a trailer . This driver went thru the drive thru. The way the drive thru converges he basically nosed his way thru. Would of been nice if he parked and went inside and picked up his food. Not McDonald's fault.
