They messed up cheeseburgers. Order: 2 regular cheesburgers and 2 cheeseburgers with only ketchup. Got: 2 Regular cheeseburgers, 1 with only onions and 1 with only ketchup. Drive was only open so couldn't go get it fixed. The 2 lane drive thru only had 1 lane open.
The staff and manager were rude about a refill of water. They are an example of Mac Donald's to big to fail attitude and lack of a sense customer service. Sort of like Greyhound. A culture all it's own.
Don't expect to get anything from the drive thru after 11:30pm, despite the owner confirming on google, less than a week ago, that the drive is open 24 hours. Been here in 3 separate occasions and waited 20 minutes before moving on.
Stopped for evening meal before going home. 2 cars in front of me. Waited 15 minutes for food. Instead of making what ordered, they scrapped the condiments and onions off Instead of making my sandwich plain. Frys were old. Line formed behind me and 3 cars left before paying.
Decently fast just hated that we had old cold fries.
I haven't been to McDonald's in so long I forgot what it's like and after I saw that thing about that kid that ordered all those hamburgers I figured I'd go try them again I ordered three hamburgers and one order of fries that cost $9 I won't be going back there ever again at that price
So sick of rolling up to this place just to see it closed before Midnight. What is the point of posting hours if you’re not going to honor them? Every McDonald’s in Salina has gone downhill in more ways than one.
We were politely greeted and when placing our order it was read back twice. When handed our food, the McDonald’s employee was friendly, snd overall wonderful. Food was delicious snd correct all the way around. Thank you for the great service
Probably the best of all 4 McDonalds to visit. Drive-thru times are pretty low and procure quality is very good. I’ve never had a problem with not receiving my whole order or even part of it being wrong. Staff is friendly and always smile and say thank u. Would recommend this one or all!!
They've changed the inside and have so many ways to order now. I've had issues with this place's drive thru but dine in was perfect this time around and the store was clean.
