We ate a great lunch here today. The people were so outstandingly kind and efficient. Brooklyn was new and her service was outstanding. The food was also great. It’s my new favorite spot. I’m embarrassed to say I cannot remember the other girl’s name working with her today who is also fantastic.
Ate lunch again here today with my husband and we loved our sandwiches! He had a Rueben and I had the spicy turkey melt. I keep meaning to try something else but this is so good! The sandwiches are loaded with fresh, excellent ingredients.Nice and bright with all the windows, and it’s very clean.The manager is engaged with the customers but not overly so.Delicious experience!
I did a pick up order for my lunch break today and I wasn't impressed. I did the pick two option and did a potato and paid extra for a bowl of soup instead of the cup. I ordered a side of mac and cheese and a sweet tea as well. When I went to pick up my order I was reassured that all of my items were in my bag after I had asked, so I went back to my office. When I got back I checked the bag and I am missing my mac and cheese and my soup was just a cup when I paid extra to have the bowl. I called the store to see if I could talk to the manager and the lady on the phone wouldn't let me speak to one, she asked what she could do before I talked to a manager. She said the best thing that she could do was put my name down for a free bowl of soup and mac and cheese, for their mess up. For this being my first experience at McAlister's I don't think I will be returning. My food was honestly nothing special and way overhyped. The only good part about my lunch was the sweet tea.
Twice this has happened to me and my wife. We order for pick go to the drive up. No answers the speaker even after sitting for 10 minutes then decide to go inside to get the order but soon as the car behind pulls up to the speaker they answer right away. As sitting inside to pick up the order can see the car behind me at the window getting their order as waiting in line that no one is being helped out front with 6 people in front. I get being short staffed but no one is paying attention to the speaker at all times and only when they want to. Maybe it’s time to start looking at staff and see why they won’t be paying attention to head sets or not even having them on.
I ordered the Black Angus Club Sandwich with cucumber and tomato salad. The sandwich was delicious. The steak was tender. The cucumber and tomato salad was also very good. They could have put a little more in the dish.
With this place you get quality, consistency, and variety. The sweet tea is great and the cookies are delicious. Great choice for lunch and the service is always great.

The Mac and cheese is not good...Cookies are good!Steak and cheddar sandwich is good as well as the steak gorgonzola salad and the Ruben.They have a good cucumber salad as a side.Place was clean and quick.
