Table and booth seats where dirty, asked to go to another one, went to another dirty one and had to hand wipe my seats off. Steak was medium well not medium rare. Sides and appetizer where decent. For the high prices, my expectations where not met.
Very good service and food! The waiter was super friendly, and really did an outstanding job keeping our drinks full and table bussed. Food was delicious as always, and the two steaks at our table were cooked exactly as requested. A+
Work chicken strips ever. And asked for gravy don't know what it was but was not gravy. Dark brown and so salty made me sick. 3 of us had the chicken fingers and all agreed. I have had good meals here but this was horrible.
I came to Salina to help my family and my Aunt with a massive garage sale. As a thank you, our aunt treated us to Longhorn Steakhouse. I have never been. Gotta say it was an absolutely wonderful experience. We had the best young man as our waiter. It was a party of 6 women and one small boy. Sad to say I don't remember our waiters name. He never let our drinks run dry or our bread baskets. HE asked us if we needed boxes. The food was amazing!!! He even asked me if I would like an extra sweet tea to go home with. I had already had 3. I left him 5 dollars tip just because of it. Plus the tip from the bill. I was so impressed that I will be taking my Fiancee to Omaha to the Longhorn.
Food delicious except some salt must of came of salt crusted potato and veg got over salted. Salt crusted potato needs its own dish.. steak was done perfect and hot. Lobster was jus right. Waitress was very attentive and food came out promtly. A good dinner jus like i wanted.
We had a very good meal. We both ordered the 8oz steak with shrimp, baked potato, and salad. The staff wes very friendly. Our waiter was very attentive.
My food was outstanding!! The service was perfection!! A wonderful lunch!!
Good food, great service. The only issue I had was that the mashed potatoes with my lamb chops were a bit too salty for my taste. As a former chef I’m a little tough when it comes use of salt in chain restaurants. Nonetheless, my wife and I enjoyed our dinner and would visit the longHorn Steakhouse again.
Very upset about mine and my family experience here tonight!!!! We have been to this longhorns many times and the food and Service were great!!! But tonight was unacceptable!! We waited 45 minutes for our food(which was not a problem, we understand if you’re busy their’s gonna be a wait) to come out COLD!!!!!! We ordered over $25 dollar meals and all they would say when we told them was that they cold warm it up!!!!! NO we want fresh hot food!!! you could tell this food was old and had been sitting there!!! I just can’t believe this happened here!!!! We ALWAYS have the best time when we come to longhorns but we will no longer be going to this one!!!!! Very sad and upset!!!!
A few weeks ago we took my boyfriend’s mother her for lunch. We were seated and the waiter took our order. We waited over an hour for our food while everyone that came in after us were getting theirs. I asked the manager and she asked what did you order? I said we all had steaks. She asked if they were to be cooked well done. I said no all of them were medium rare. Then shorty our food came out and it was all cold. So yesterday we decided to give them another try. Thinking that maybe it was just a fluke it happened. Everything came out ok. Unfortunately I left my debit card on the table when I paid for the meal. I discovered it the next day and called the restaurant asking if I had done so which I was 99% sure I did. The lady that answered the phone immediately said one hasn’t been turned in. I said it would have been last night. She said nope again. I then asked her if she could go check because how would she know so quickly. She said because I was here last night. I then drove to the restaurant and was there within five minutes from the call. The manager was at the hostess station so I told her I was there. She then called someone to check and what do you know it was there. I told the manager that I had just called and how her staff responded. Her excuse was they would have not known it was turned it in so she wouldn’t have know. First of all that’s not how she responded to me. She acted as she would have known because she was able to tell me no. Second of all she should have handed my call to someone that would have been capable of answering my question. It was just pure laziness and the manager just making stupid excuses for the employee's actions.
