I don’t know if they have new management but every time I go to the store it’s always dirty in the pizza doesn’t taste the same anymore Decided to give it one last try for the third time I won’t be going back
They NEVER answer the phone and the managers are VERY rude and unprofessional. Simply try to tell them how long you’ve been calling (45) minutes with no answer… this is not the first time this has happened. It takes at least 6 or more calls before you get someone to answer everyday. I get running low staffed, but at least answer the phone and be polite.. not hang up on someone.
Went into the store and ordered 4 hot and ready pizzas and 4 orders of breadsticks. Was told breadsticks were not ready so was asked to wait in my car and my order would be brought out. Waited for 30 minutes in my vehicle and then reentered the store and asked when I could expect my order to be ready. When given a less than ideal response I asked for my money to be refunded so I could get food elsewhere. Was told no refund would be given but I could come back 3 hours later when the manager got there to get a refund from her. I chose to wait for the food. 45 minutes after placing my order my breadsticks were ready. Will not be giving them my business again.
Would give zero stars if it were possible. Ever since the original owners sold this place has been awful. Waited 45 minutes for my food, cheese bread wasn't even cooked. I watched the cooks pull out food too early on more than 1 occasion.Place used to be fantastic. I used to eat here at least twice a week because it's near my work. Not anymore.
Really gone down hill with customer service and food quality. Absolutely a shame you send these out your door!
New owners have just given up on customer service I guess. The app no longer works and will not let you order online at this location. So I went in to order a cheese pizza they gave me a pepperoni one that looked old. Of course I didn’t realize the mistake until I got home. The cheese on the Italian cheese bread doesn’t even cover half the bread now. Used to be a good place to go for pizza.
This place has terrible service. I called in an order at 5:40pm and didn’t get my order until just now. As I showed up and asked for my order they proceeded to tell me there was no order with my name on it. Keep in mind, they told me this three different times. Sure enough my order was sitting there the entire time that I had been waiting because the staff who is in charge of checking out orders had no idea what to do. The manager was also very rude to the customers making them feel as if they were dumb when in reality he doesn’t know how to do his job. Overall very disgusted and disappointed.
Ever since the sold to vibe they have gone down hill. Slow, poor customer service, nothing hot and ready and last time I ordered the cheese bread was raw.
If I had to complain, it would be the pizza wasn't quite cut enough? Everything was fine though really.
I called to order, told me i had to order online for delivery, i ordered online. Oh the store isn't accepting deliveries right now. A bit of a waste of time. Never ordered from little caesars before. Never will again now.
